I never complain on any restaurant but here is what happen to me and I hope you will read my comment before you are making the choice to buy anything at Froster Popeyes ...
Driving to the drive through, ordering 2 boxes of 24 pieces, total 48 pieces of chicken right? paid $61 for it! Get home and guess what? Every customer before me who posted with 1 star were right, in my 2 boxes, each of them only had 12 pieces... I can understand if they made a mistake of 12 pieces in one box but 2 mistakes on both boxes? You gonna tell me, it's just 24 pieces misses? Do you know how much they charge for 1 pieces? $1.27/pieces... $30.50 that I could have save! Well for me, It was made purposely!!
2 mexicans workers was serving me when I did my order... They steal from their customer and like other people reviewed, they don't offer the receipt, smart way for them because they don't have to deal with complaints but this is why they only have 3 stars total on website "Popeyes Froster workers steal customer!"...
My advices, make sure to ask your receipt and if you do a "drive through" like I did, go park your car at the parking and unfortunately start to count your chicken 🤣 because you cannot trust the seller. they steal your money by not giving the right number of pieces in your order and don't give receipt... waste of money, waste of gaz and waste of your time...
Manager of Pop Eyes, If you read that, you really need to pop your eye and need to train your workers to count and be honest with their customer!!! We respect and pay fully amount of our order and YOU as worker in return need to respect your customer's order and give what you make them pay for!! If you don't have enough pieces, be honest!! that's not your customer's role to pay your mistakes ordering not enough chicken for the day... One day you will be facing a closing popeye because all customer will stop showing up for sure!!
Respect, Honesty, Trust and Value for your customer is the first foundation of a restaurant!!! If you don't get that and hate your job... Go somewhere else and stop selling chicken!
For me, I am not worried, I have a lot of place to buy chicken for my children and my family, even more delicious chicken to buy than your place. For sure, I am not coming back to your place!! Good for me, But Bad for YOU because I am 100% sure that I am not the only one who got stolen and doesn't want to come back at your place!
Just to let you know, as customer we can put our money somewhere else, better place, honest and valuable. Something that we want to help them grow up, stay in long term for their good services, good food and...
Read morePulled up to the drive thru to order because my app wasn’t working. I make my order and then say I have a coupon code. The person working the speaker was obviously annoyed that I didn’t give the code first (I didn’t know I was meant to do that) and made very little effort to hide their irritation. I get up to the window, hand over my cash, but then am informed I need to give the physical coupon as well. I’ve not been asked to do this the last several times I went to a Popeyes to use a coupon, so didn’t realize this was policy. Because I’m not usually asked to provide a physical coupon, I started taking photos of them and throwing them away so they don’t clutter up my home/car if I don’t use them all. Well, this time I’m informed I cannot get the food without the physical coupon, unless I want to pay full price. I’m on a specific budget, so I decided to forgo lunch altogether. The worker and manager both seemed further annoyed at this decision. I had to say several times that I no longer wanted the food before they handed my money back to me. Overall I felt the service was severely lacking; both the worker and the manager glared at me through the window. Even if they have to follow certain protocols they could have been a lot kinder about it. Also, I’m pretty sure they just throw the coupons away (when I worked in fast food that’s what we did with them). I sorta think the company would rather sell a discounted meal without the physical coupon present (I still had the proper unexpired code) than to not sell the meal at all, especially after the food was prepped. Oh well, I hope one of the workers got to eat the food at least, although I wouldn’t be surprised if it was “company policy” to...
Read moreAlmost every time I’ve been to this store the employees have been very snappy, rude, and aren’t concerned for safety.
One woman tried to get me to walk into the drive thru on foot from the curbside waiting area, into the line of cars to get my food so that an employee wouldn’t have to come out. I didn’t want to risk injury from someone not paying attention behind the wheel while driving through to the window so I didn’t do that. When another employee came out to hand off the food he refused to wait for me to check to make sure everything was there (I didn’t want to have to go through the line again after waiting for a half hour already). I was actually missing food and just gave up not wanting to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru.
This last time a woman (older white lady) snapped at me when I said I hadn’t heard her ask for my name. She clearly did not want to be working and looked confused trying to figure out where my order was. She got visibly annoyed when she realized there was more than one order under the same name. I was the only one there so it’s not like there was a rush, it wasn’t close to closing, she was just openly rude for no reason and I guess she thought if she just smiled through it I wouldn’t notice? She had this very fake smile on for the whole interaction, I’m not sure it accomplishing what she thinks it is, it was really strange.
I’m only ever coming here after a very long day when I do not have the energy to cook so it’s pretty disappointing that every time I’m here the employees are so...
