First and foremost, the interior of the new location was well thought out and flows just right. Menu hits all the bbq musts, and those pizzas rolling out of the kitchen look like a must try on our next visit. The wife enjoyed her orange thyme old-fashioned, and my coors light was chilled to perfection. We ordered the meatloaf cheeseburger, beef brisket sandwich, and hand-cut fries. All we can say is, wow, wow, and wow! Sandwich portions were just right, and the accompanying pickled vegetables were a nice addition. Those fries done in beef fat were surprisingly good. Service from Reegan throughout our meal was paced just right.
