Nossa Familia Coffee — Restaurant in Portland

I chose this place for a quick breakfast. Part of what made me pick it was that there are photos of food and photos of a menu. Unfortunately it seems they no longer have a menu. There are some pastries on hand, and can make some cheese waffles - but that's it. Like no bagels, no cream cheese, no vegan cream cheese, no avocado. Nothing but a few pastries and the waffles.

The cheese waffles were delicious - was just caught by surprise that they were the only choice.

Amazing coffee in a beautiful space. The cocoa whipped cream is to die for. I enjoyed the last croissant supplier a lot more, though. I feel like the last baked goods I've gotten were several days old. Most of the staff are kind and matter-of-fact, which I appreciate, but one gal definitely was not having a good day or was not interested in providing good customer service. Honey, lavender, oh my!

I stopped into Nossa Familia Coffee for my go-to drink — the Honey Lavender Latte — and it did not disappoint. Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that subtle floral sweetness that makes you want to slow down and savor every sip. Absolute perfection in a cup.
