I had a couple rats get into my house. I quickly addressed he problem with mouse traps at first thinking they were mice. After the first night they set off two traps and got scared away. After cleaning up the mess they left behind and getting proper sized rat traps instead I have seen no new activity. For peace of mind had Caleb come out and help me inspect our place for possible entry points and advice on how to keep them away. Our property was covered in snow at the time and Caleb was willing to inspect my attic with me, crawl under the house inspect for possible entry points in the crawl space and advise me on how to seal up potential entry points. For those less willing or able to do the inspection with him I fully trust that he would do a proper inspection on his own. Home owners that have mobility issues preventing them from also inspecting those harder to reach areas of their home can trust that these guys will address your problem thoroughly and quickly. On our property the most likely entry point ended up being a damaged door seal on our front door. I have since replaced that seal. Caleb set up two bait stations under our house and I fully believe the issue has been resolved long term. He also sprayed the perimeter of our house with ant insecticide and that has certainly helped the minor ant issue we had. In the future I now feel a lot more prepared to handle potential rodent issues on my own and have a long term plan. The one down side I can say is having to sign up for a six month contract, but that seems to be a pretty common industry practice. My first experience has been a wonder so far. Interstate is open 7 days a week, got an appointment within 3 days of my initial call. Tracy was informative and clear on the phone--present for all my questions and multiple calls while I was checking with the property owner, and Justin was super knowledgeable and considerate, and went above and beyond; helping me move heavy equipment so that I could do a quick clean and create access, quickly identified problem areas, ascertained points of entry, and then took clear actions to mitigate, shared appropriate and funny stories and had genuine concern for my cat. They explained everything, listened to my concerns and experiences, answered my questions and let me know what to expect and when to call them back. The All Season is the way to go. Adam helped with our wasp issues today and he was super informative, concise in his explanations and efficient.

He was also super caring and did a sweep of the whole area and I saw him dusting some spider webs. It's because he went the extra mile that I'd be willing to use this service again.

I really appreciated how he didn't have sales man vibes and wasn't fear mongering or trying to be a hero. He was just super effective.

Adam returned again and was just as helpful, patient and kind. He explained the procedure to us and gave us ample time to leave the house. He made sure everything was on our terms and was very understanding of my spider fears.
