Needed some comfort while traveling and this place felt like home the moment I walked in. It’s a cozy restaurant/lounge that stays open late and the vibe is alive with locals singing karaoke, celebrating, and just having a good time.

I ordered the sweet and sour catfish soup that hit every note perfectly. Catfish can be tricky if you don’t know what you’re doing, but here it was rich, tender, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I ended up coming back the next day just to get another order for takeout.

I also had the steamed clams with lemongrass, and every bite reminded me of how we ate them growing up, fresh, dipped in fish sauce and ginger, simple and satisfying.

Came back to try their clay pot fish. It was a caramelized catfish simmered in a clay pot, just like home but with a twist of crispy pork bits sprinkled in. These tiny, golden, corn kernel-sized chicharrones are the cherished bites you always wanted more of growing up, adding a salty crunch that makes each bite unforgettable.

As a half Japanese and half Vietnamese American who has traveled around the whole world this has been one of the top 3 ethnic places I have ever dined at. The food was absolutely to die for, there’s things on the menu that you can’t find anywhere else, like the many grilled shelled sea food options, including whelk and oysters. Everything was piping hot and flavored incredibly well. I definitely recommend there homemade special green sauce.

Not only was the food fantastic but also they had great customer service. Everything came out quick. 🚨THIS IS A NEW OWNER, HES BEEN RUNNING THIS PLACE FOR ABOUT A MONTH🚨I had a few words with the owner, and he seems like a very genuine person, whose passionate about what he serves.

Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and it’s very sad to see bad past reviews but it might’ve been because of the old owner. Food tasted amazing, prices were definitely fair and worth it, and good customer service so I 100% recommend this place to everyone and will be back soon to try everything...

Worst food ever! My recent visit to OC House was nothing short of a culinary nightmare. I feel compelled to share my dismal experience to warn others and spare them from the disappointment I endured. The selection was limited, and the descriptions were vague, leaving me uncertain about what to expect. The food, however, was a whole other catastrophe. The dishes lacked any semblance of flavor, and it felt like the chef was trying to compensate for the lack of taste with excessive salt. It was a true testament to how a restaurant can ruin even the simplest of dishes.
