Padkeemao Thai Food — Restaurant in Portland

My daughter and I got turned around while driving, so I decided to look for Thai food. This was the first place that came up. I placed my order over the phone and drove to the location. Upon arriving I was a little surprised to find out it was a food cart. Haven’t had too many good Thai food carts. I like my Pineapple fried rice to taste a certain way. So many Thai spots miss the mark. NOT Pad Kee Mao the Pineapple fried rice was AMAZING, so TASTY! I also ordered a Peach Bubble Tea with Tapioca and it was soooo good! I will be back! Thank you! Go Trojans! Lol I noticed the was the schools mascot right...

I had a really hard time with how sweet the food was. I ordered a Thai tea and pad kee mao with chicken and I couldn’t finish either of them on account of how sweet they both were.

Thai tea is usually a pretty sweet drink, but the one I had was over-the-top sugary. As for the pad kee mao, I would have liked some browning/caramelization on the rice noodles and vegetables - they were mostly just smothered in the syrupy sauce.

I may come back to try something else eventually, since the service was very quick and the staff...

The best Thai food ever. This young couple know what they are doing. It is so delicious. Anything I have tried I love them all. Today they are introducing the new dish, Chicken Wings, so highly recommended!!!!! All the flavors blended so well. Best one since Pok Pok. ( not the same type but deliciously compatible). The place is so clean and very friendly service. Please try and you will be hook...
