We love this little place. On first glance, it looks a bit old and dated but there are some secret gems hidden in this building. Mostly, it seems, it's only the neighbors in the area who know this (I am one of them!). Baker & Spice has delicious expertly hand-crafted pastries and coffee but there is a Starbucks next door for those who want their "regular" thing. The Cakery makes the best pies and cakes for take home family desserts or celebrations also. Basic Market is my favorite boutique market but at a regular price, always fresh and everything you need. Paloma clothing has quality clothing/shoes for women (aged 30 and up is my guess) as well. Read moreThis lil strip mall has just about everything you'll ever need. You've got at least 1 bank, Thai food, a nail shop, Mexican food, Chinese food, a liquor store that stays open later then the one on Mccadam. And much, much more.
Plus, in any direction East awest and South there are even more places to grab some grub and do some shopping.
The parking can get a lil tight. However, there is overflow parking available. You just have to bend a corner and might have to take a few more steps. Ih well get over it.
