Margarita sampler was solid but the guava marg tasted artificial and like no real fruit in particular. Lots of mistakes from service, i don’t know if he was having a bad day or what. Went to eat lunch with a friend. We both got two different flavors of agua Fresca and he dropped them with out saying which was which and one was wrong flavor. Not sure why he didn’t write down our order of tacos, he brought the wrong combination. As my plate is being placed onto the table, I immediately notice a black ant crawling across my plate and flick it off before it can reach my food. When looking to my server to acknowledge this, he just said sorry and walked away. My friend also found an ant crawling through her food. We were sitting outside and it’s highly concerning that the bugs must have come in our plates from INSIDE. I am afraid of the state of the kitchen. Then the margarita flight didn’t come out until halfway through eating the tacos. Fish taco was good, glad ants can’t survive the deep fryer. Just looking in the window I could see ants crawling on the window sill. Flys flying around outside which is more expected. No thank you from server when paying and no further apologies or compensation. Then when paying cashing he didn’t remember to take the cash for payment? I don’t know if he was just distracted but it wasn’t terribly busy from my POV. But absolutely unacceptable dining experience to be serving a plate with a moving ant on it and barely blink an...

Update ...they have had no consistency lately and my bun was way too hard to bite I asked for extra red onions and they gave me pickled red onions that I'd never had one time they gave me a full whole slice of white onion one time they gave me red onions there's no consistency in what onions you're going to get on your burger don't know if that matters to you but it matters to me what sauce you going to get there's a lot of no consistency ... Very disappointing when I first started eating there I gave them a high rating and I unfortunately have to take that down it's $15 a burger the last $50 I've spent there has not been satisfactory which is disappointing but it's good for me and anyone who reads these reviews because it has me out trying other places they don't severely lack quality, they lack consistency, so if you don't want to know what you're going to get and your not into getting the same thing every time, but you wanted to have some quality, but lacking quality now, because they've changed something (that was the hardest bun ever yesterday, it hurt my teeth,I think it might of been old or over cooked not really sure maybe both.. it was kind of hard like when it's in the steamer too long of the grilled I'm not sure what they do..) and now back to my old review......17 out of 20 stars they never disappoint,. They cook food the right way... I'm so picky I cooked for 15 yrs these guys are where I go...

I stumbled upon Teri-Taco out of sheer luck, and I have subsequently dined here over a dozen times in the past month as it represents one of the best values in the entire PDX area.

I was a bit hesitant at first as the combination of Mexican and Asian cuisine typically doesn’t work, but the staff here at Teri-Taco pull it off with near perfection. Their tacos are first-rate and are huge for what they charge. My personal favorites are the carnitas and chicken, but every option is top notch. And they even have veggie options, including eggplant, tofu, and cactus. They also have a all-day daily special of three tacos and a margarita for just $10 and is highly recommended.

While not as outstanding as the Mexican offerings, the teriyaki and other Asian options are also very tasty and represent exceptional QPR as I guarantee you will not leave hungry! And if this wasn’t reason enough to rush through their front door, the bacon cheese burger is super as well!

The entire staff is very friendly and work hard to ensure your every need is met. I consider myself very lucky to have uncovered this diamond in the rough, and highly encourage everyone to stop by!

One final note—although they occasionally sell out, you DON’T want to miss their decadent...
