I will never, ever order from Pizza Hut again even though our family loves the food that Pizza Hut offers, I will also continue to share my dissatisfied experience with others.
My initial order was placed online through my Pizza Hut account, after placing my order I realized there was not a option for delivery, I immediately called my local Pizza Hut (N. Lombard St, 97203) a young man answered the phone I advised that my online order is for delivery, he located my order and verified my information, address and phone number and said your all set, no problem we'll see you shortly.
After over one hour of waiting, 10 hungry family members awaiting 3 pizzas, I decided to call in, the lady who answered advised me that my order was cancelled due to a no show for pick up.
#1. Nobody ever called me to look into the matter.
#2. There was no empathy or offer of a complimentary replacement order.
I asked for the manager and she advised she was the manager, she made no attempt to fix the problem or at least apologize for the mishap.
I asked to speak to a higher up personnel to voice my complaint, she then transferred me to PH customer services, I was so furious that no one really seemed concerned about what had transpired or any type of apology and no attempt to make a offer to me to offset my inconvenience after being a PH customer over 30 years.
This all started because the PH employee that had took my initial call apparently did not change my order type for a delivery.
I then spoke to a rep by the name of Brandon, at the customer service department approximately at 8pm pst. This rep also was so rude, non apologetic and to not offer anything to me for our inconvenience and at the expense of our family starving and nobody seemed to care, this was negligence by the employee at no fault of our own.
I advised Brandon of his bad attitude and told him that I would notify PH of this call and complaint.
I again asked for his manager Dallena who ultimately and right away replaced our order for free and for carry out.
We had to wait for over 2hrs for a pizza that I went to go pick up, it took me 8mins to get there.
We will never again order or eat PH again and these PH associates should have to answer to PH owners who are paying them for services not being provided.

Food itself is never done correctly and definitely not up to regular standards which is saying a lot because it is just pizza hut after all. The customer service is a joke, no idea how any of these individuals even survive in the rest of their lives.
There are only so many open late food options in St Johns; despite our better judgement we ordered delivery at 10 pm. After an hour of wait time we called for eta, response, "oh yeah it should be about another hour and a half." Oookay, maybe they are busy and or have limited drivers. Should have cancelled right then and there. Half past midnight still no pizza, we call again, response, "oh sorry about that we can give you a $4 discount. & a further discount if the food is bad quality" Okay great but that still does not get us our now expected bad quality dinner. They could not provide an eta or even guarantee the food will arrive. Let us know to call again if "the wait is any longer" and hung up. Should of cancelled yet again but now curious and slightly still hopeful we continue to wait. We call again in another 20 minutes, this time definitely requesting a full refund. No answer what so ever and of course no food...
Read morePoor customer service. Bad attitude and so unprofessional. If I can give a 0 star review I would. I called to cancel my order after putting an online order within 2-3 minutes. Maria huffed and puffed and said that the order was already ready. (Does that mean my pizza wouldn’t be fresh? Literally a few minutes of submitting my online order) I insisted on cancelling my order still. Maria was sooo upset that she mumbled some words and hung up the phone. I called right back and she answered the call, but without speaking or responding. I just wanted confirmation of my order being cancelled…. I talked to myself for a few minutes before I hung up and attempted to call again. This time, a man answered the call and immediately put me on hold for about 5 minutes. Darrell was great and confirmed my order was cancelled. He also informed me that Maria was the manager and that’s who I spoke with already. Smh, no one that unprofessional and poor of an attitude should be a manger.
