Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portland

This is the worst place in Portland to order a pizza I would not even consider these morons with all the options. I waited an hour an a half because they couldn’t find my address after I told them two times and confirmed and the lack luster girl who doesn’t even know how to say sorry or thank you let me talk to the manager. When he got on he accused me of trying to give the wrong address to get a discount or free pizza after I waited. He actually thought that because his driver couldn’t read that I would purposely try and get a free pizza when nothing was mentioned I just wanted to eat. This guy the manager might be the most bewildered bafoon to accuse a paying customer of this. This place sucks so bad if you don’t believe me just call them and see how long it takes for them to get your info when it pops up on a screen right in front of them. Please head my warning and go the other route and order from one of the many competitors cause this place is only in business cause it’s cheap not from the genius staff and the head honcho accusing customers of trying to get free pizza that’s an insult and is the same as being accused of stealing when your innocent but you get profiled for looking a certain way. I will go in one day and meet this so called manager face to face and ask him why he accuses someone of these false allegations. It’s conpletely unprofessional even for a so called manager of Pizza Hut. I am being very nice in this review cause really I have much harsher and not nice words to say but will leave it at this. DO NOT CALL this place!!!! And never accuse people of things when your not 100% it’s seriously very offensive I hope the managers boss reads this and he gets coached as to how to treat a customer no matter what situation occurs remember Mr. Manager the customer pays your pay check with out us you don’t have a job so instead of loosing customers which i hope you do just from 1 person reading this try to learn a lesson and never accuse someone of false...

I told the pizza guy I didn’t have any money and wanted to pay in kind and he just broke down crying. He said I was his thirteenth job of the day, after also doing lyft and Doordarsh and task rabbit, and honestly like, the sentiment was nice, he WOULD have liked some intimacy (he's so tired by the end of the day, he can't even do self care and anyways he feels so disconnected from his body, it's like a tool for capitalism and he struggles to view it as something capable of pleasure) but he asked me to PLEASE just give him $20 so he could afford something off the value menu at McDonald's. And I felt so miserable for trying to stiff him.

Anyway, me and the pizza guy ended up splitting the pizza and just talking, and he told me about his lifelong dream of taking up scuba diving and I told him about my little etsy business that I do on top of my office job, and for a moment the human connection was enough for the both of us. I requested a combination pizza no meat because I do not eat any pork they put all the meat I also requested ranch and marinara sauce they stated they would put some in the box they do not the door delivery driver stated they would be in the top box it was not I called to replace my order they replaced it within 40 minutes they said they would have the sauces with this order they did not I went in the next day with everything they brought to me to get a refund because I was very dissatisfied with the service the pizza was very dry and the marinara sauce was not anywhere to even make up for this and again I requested it two times it takes me 2 1/2 hours to make the money I pay for the pizza with I expect to get what I want because I paid for it and I worked hard for my money and I want my money back...
