Updated Review: Compounding on what other's have mentioned before, the lack of a salad bar and the boarded up game room give this location a bit of a dreary, wasteland vibe. Even so, it hasn't affected the quality of the pizza here, nor the friendliness and competence of the employees here. As my son is named after a knight of the Round Table, holding his 1st birthday party here (well, one of them, anyway) last night was a foregone conclusion. Unfortunately, the combination of him going through his teething phase, and not having a nap that day, made him a bit cranky and cantankerous for most of it. Our other kids and their friends were also being obnoxiously loud and rowdy. Thankfully, there was basically no one else in the restaurant other than our party, and the employees were so friendly and gracious, taking everything in stride, and even giving our little birthday boy a stuffed plushy as a present. Additionally, two adult members of our party had never eaten at a Round Table before, and after sampling slices of the King Arthur's Supreme and the Maui Zaui, one of them ordered the latter to take home with her, and the other vowed to come back again in the future, so I think the Round Table may have added a couple new knights to their roster! Original Review: Call me what you will: plebian, Philistine...what have you. But. I. Love. Round. Table. Pizza. Always have, always will. I'm not sure exactly what it is that does it for me. I think it's the combination of crust (that isn't too overbearing), sauce (that isn't too overpowering), and solid ingredients. They're not the cheapest around, and being a chain, they're not the freshest or highest quality. I could not care less. In my childhood, I used to draw pictures of knights in armor wielding pizza cutters, and ended up giving them to the various Round Tables that I frequented with my parents. They were often displayed with honor and pride by the management. To this day, they are still my favorite pizza joint, and whenever I feel like treating myself, I order a pepperoni and jalapeno, extra sauce. I rarely dine in at any location, so I can't say much for the cleanliness or efficiency of this local establishment. But they do make a damn fine pizza, and that's all you can really ask for.

Update 7/27/21 - The actual manager reached out to me to apologize and rectify the issue. She replaced the pizza and the pizza that I received is exactly what I usually get and expect from Round table. A delicious pizza with toppings to the edges. Thank you so much. I've included a picture of the pizza you sent me as well as the one that received the complaint. You be the judge. update: I order a pizza from this establishment at least once a week. It is always the same pizza, Extra large italian garlic supreme with extra cheese. I received pizza this evening that was made poorly. I call the store and asked for a manager. I did not get a name, but the "manager" go on the phone and the first thing he said was, "OK, first of all, I'm not going to believe you because I made that pizza myself." Again, I order a pizza from here at least once a week, sometimes more. This pizza, as you will see in the pictures, is NOT what I usually receive. Apparently the Monday night manager's ego is too big to admit a poorly made pizza. He continued to argue that I couldn't possibly be right at which point I said, "Bro, I order a f**king pizza from this location at least once a week, this is not what I usually get". At this point he told me not to call this location anymore. This "Manager" is not doing you any favors for customer service, quality of service, nor the quality of the pizza "personally being made by him". I will discontinue service here until this order is rectified. Order receipt and picture of pizza are attached.

Ordered a Xl pizza with a 6 peace twist paid $45.98 went to bring it to my boyfriend on his lunch and as he bit into a slice he pulled out a straight light bling facial hair out of his mouth. I myself have dark curly hair and my man is a bald Mexican with black facial hair. When I called in to complain Dylan said no one there had that shade of hair and said I could come bro g the pizza back for him to remake. I asked if he could just replace it another time seeing as how it took 20 mins to make and 15 to get to my boyfriend and if I were to come back to get a replacement today his lunch would be long over. Dylan refused to comp me a pizza for next time and question me because of the hair color. I think this is super unprofessional seeing as how I paid that much, drove there on my mans luck rock r hair in our food and the fact Dylan Insinuating I was lying. Will never come back to this location.

TERRIBLE. What's worse is that it used to be one of our favorite places, but I've seen it go from a 4 star to a 3 to a 2 and finally now I'm giving it a 1 and don't think we'll be going back. I don't know what happened - whether it was management, or what, but the quality has been dropping for the last handful of years and now it's unbelievably low. Want details? Here we go:

I'm posting a lot of labeled pictures to show this, but their salad bar is AWFUL. Then last time we were there, we personally saw 2 groups of people pay for it, look at it, and not get a single anything.

When we arrived, the lettuce was empty - just a few slimy bits sitting in water at the bottom of the dish. Over 20 minutes passed before they filled it, and they didn't take out those slimy bits - just tossed new stuff in. (EEwe!

About half of the other veg was running on empty, and not freshly empty either - dried out, stale empty. Those things never got filled in the hour and a half we were there. People had obviously really tried for some of them too, because croutons usually have more crumbs...but there weren't even much of those!

What veg actually was there made me almost wish it wasn't. The spinach was dried up and wilted. The cucumbers were rubbery. The tomatoes didnt even look like tomatoes anymore... It was awful.

Finally I make it down to the dressing. You can always count on that, right? I'm looking and looking at the labels and none of them say Ranch. It turns out one was labeled Honey Mustard, and one was labeled Caesar. Yeah... that should really get fixed.

Time to grab a utensil -- there were no knives, 1 single spoon, and a bin of plastic forks that kept breaking because my salad was tougher than they were. I don't know which is worse: the fact that they were that weak, or that my veg was that stale. Oh yes I do... What's worse is the one I ate.

Meanwhile the place was a MESS so imagine my relief when a young man rolls out a cart of cleaning supplies. I thought for sure he'd clean and refill everything, but nope. It just got parked there beside the food.

Oh, and they werent busy either. A few tables here and there was all - in the 90 minutes or so we were there we saw 3 or 4 pizzas taken to a table. Nothing else was done.

Short version: If you want a salad, you're better off getting one from a fast food place. If you want anything else - i certainly wouldnt get it at a place that treats food like that where everyone can see them. How can I possibly trust what they do...
