The soft serve ice cream is REALLY soft. On my first visit I ordered a small vanilla, chocolate dipped. The server tried three times. Each time the ice cream fell off the cone and into the chocolate. I told her to skip it. I went back today to see if it was just a one time thing. It wasn't. I ordered the same thing but without the dip. It was still very soft.
