🚨Rant Alert: Starbucks, You’ve Lost Me at the Toilet 🚽☕
So apparently, Starbucks now requires a receipt for relief. You heard me right—you gotta buy a latte to take a leak. Because nothing says “customer service” like gatekeeping the bathroom when nature calls. 💸
Imagine this: there’s a line longer than the last season of Grey’s Anatomy, my kidneys are staging a mutiny, and I politely ask to use the restroom. The barista—very chill, very corporate—says, “Sorry, you’ll need to make a purchase first.”
Cool, cool. So you’re telling me I need to spend $7 on an oat milk foam cloud unicorn drink just to not pee my pants in front of strangers? By the time I finally get my caramel swirl and receipt, my bladder’s tapping out and Starbucks is mopping up an “incident” in Aisle 2. 🙃
And get this—it cost us $40 in overpriced coffee and snacks just so my group could legally urinate. FORTY. DOLLARS. For that price, I should’ve gotten a spa, a candle, and someone whispering affirmations while I go.
You know what, Starbucks? I’m out. I’m taking my business (and my bladder) to Dutch Bros where they smile, laugh, play music, and—get this—let you use the restroom like a human being.
Catch me in the drive-thru vibing with my Rebel and not plotting revenge in the napkin aisle. ✌️

Read moreI love stopping by this Starbucks immaterial I'm thirsty or need coffee. Every time, I was treated really nice. All the staff here are friendly and equally courteous and I felt all the staff I have come across is really kind and customer focused. They make sure you are well treated and accepted. I don't have better words to explain - I feel free and happy to go into this location because I am so well accepted and given a great service all the time. They are just so lovely, considerate and so human and the best I've experienced.
Now about the location - its at one of the entrances to Cascade station mall (Max station is across the street) the store is very spacious and seating is arranged well spaced and serves as a great informal interview spot. There's many choices of seating - a quiet corner just for you or in the middle of hustle and bustle for the socialite or the right place for a work project. There's also seating outside at two entrances that I enjoy most times. Overall, great location - great staff - great service plus a well made latte or a...
Read moreStopped here on our way to the airport. They were much busier than I expected, being a little out of the way this early in the morning. The staff seemed a little busy and distracted today, and with this being my first visit I don’t know if that’s normal. We had a small issue with using my stars to pay for a drink and another small issue with not getting vanilla in my wife’s drink. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but made me wonder how normal this might be for this shop. They have a few nice tables outside since there is no inside seating available. I also liked the sign and post-it notes for “what brings you joy?” that was in front of...
