Stellar Pop — Restaurant in Portland

These are so so delicious! You can tell they're made with whole food. I've tried the coffee one, the watermelon mint one, and the peanut butter banana one. I love how they're named after planets, too! They are really a satisfying, flavorful treat. If you stop by, don't hesitate to try them! I'm hoping they'll be stocked in natural food store chains soon, but until then they're at many farmers markets. The pops do tend to melt quickly, so I recommend eating them right away or getting them in the freezer quickly. They taste fresh and exactly like what the flavor describes. Really nice for people with food allergies, too. I can't eat dairy or wheat or soy and don't have to worry about any of that with these! The coffee flavor tastes like artisan roasted coffee, not too sweet. Lives up to the Portland coffee standard. And their grapefruit ginger flavor is crazy refreshing! Also refreshing is the fact that it's all locally sourced and organic. No corn syrup or dyes or anything. Will definitely stop by next time I see them at the Beaverton Saturday...
