I went in to use the restroom awhile ago and needed to make a purchase to do so. That's fine, I get it, so I purchased a $25 gift card because there was a sign saying I get an extra $5 reward. I gifted the gift card and kept the reward for myself to use later. When I tried to use the reward before it expired, that was printed at their store by their employees and they still had a sign up for a similar promotion, they said the reward had no value. They turned the screen around with a ton of writing all over to try and "prove" it had no value, but 1) I don't know how to read their POS screen and 2) why do you print rewards at your store that have. no value?! For the last year or so I have noticed the store closes early on some days ( Lights dim and open sign off), So I don't bother stopping by.
