I've been here about 5 or 6 times, and mostly just get tacos and tamales.
The tacos have been just great, and brings a lot of nostalgia for me. Sometimes they are on the dryer side, maybe twice out of the 6 times but I personally rather this than sopping wet like a place not far from here. I add the side guac and the red & green sauces.
The tamales appear to be wrapped in banana leaf and when coupled with their red chili hot sauce (over their tomato based sauce it comes with) they are unbelievably good. I only wish they are bigger, but enjoy the price of 2 dollars per tamale. ;)

The pictures on the wall were a great help and the food was absolutely knockdown. Incredible! The chips were perfect, the guacamole amazing, and the shrimp Carnitas were to die for.
