Taco Bell — Restaurant in Portland

On this visit I had a restless night so decided to get a bit to eat around 1:30 am. I was relieved to see no one else in their drive thru, a parking lot free of litter, and no homeless people loitering.

Regretfully the last two things have become common place in Portland and I appreciate Pepsico's commitment to ensuring their guest have a safe and inviting visit.

Placing my order was friendly as the gal over the speaker was friendly, patient and attentive. I especially appreciate her asking me "is the order on screen correct?". The read out on the screen even reflected the mild and fire sauce I'd requested. The gal continued to be very friendly at the window and even thanked me for my visit, something uncommon these days.

My selections were from their $3 value menu and I had the double wrapped taco, beefy / cheesy burrito, and beefy nacho. All three were made with care, still hot 10 minutes later when I got home, and tasted really good!

I don't eat Taco Bell that often (about once a month) but it's nice to know that when the craving strikes, I know of a location that I can trust to deliver a...

The food ONLY is what earned the stars!! The girl working the drive thru window not only had an annoying voice, she HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES AT ALL!!! I would pause trying to get my 3 teenage kids to make a final decision of what they wanted, and she didn't ask if that was all just told me the total and said to pull forward. There was NO ONE BEHIND ME!! We went there At 10 PM!! If I see her at the window I'm going to the one in Gresham ( NOT 181ST they ALWAYS mess up my order or forget things, OR the one down Glisan just past 122nd- cuz every single time it's a double whammy HORRIBLE cust. I love Taco Bell food. I love Taco Bell selections they have many many choices. Most times we get the foxes part tacos real simple real quick. But for the life of me I cannot figure out why they do not fill the tacos. The meat lettuce cheese combo which is absolutely critical for a successful taco, but instead they are so crazy busy and understaffed set for the 4th time we've gotten poorly prepared food plain and simple. And I believe I spent $14 for so so tacos prepared poorly and somewhat of a disappointment. When we first discovered the box of tacos we love them because the tacos were fat and full and very delicious. This has not been the case at the hundred and 22nd Taco Bell in front of WinCo.
