Came with a group of about 20. The server let us know that we needed to find a table and service would be at the table. The same server was super cut and dry with taking orders (“give me your ID, tell me what you want and give me your card”) but considering the larger group size I figured it was to simply keep the tabs organized. The table next to our group opened up so folks moved over to the other table which may have caused further confusion. I ordered a spicy margarita. I do not know what specific name that drink went by. My husband ordered a regular margarita. When the server brought a round of drinks out she announced the name of a drink and no one claimed the drink. I asked her if that was the spicy margarita and she either did not hear me or ignored me then had an attitude about no one claiming the drink stating that she didn’t know who it belonged to since “everyone moved seats” which was not true as many were in the same seat they were while ordering. She then walked away visibly upset. She then returned asking who ordered the (insert specific name of drink here). I again asked “is that the spicy margarita cause if so that is mine.” She replied “uhm yeah it would appear so” in a really annoyed tone. She brought another round of drinks which included another unclaimed spicy margarita. I asked her if that was a regular margarita cause that is what my husband ordered and he was the only one missing his drink. She gave more attitude stating he ordered a spicy margarita cause if he had ordered a regular margarita she “would have asked him what kind of tequila he wanted” my husband just conceded and said he would take the drink that was already made.
I can totally understand the struggles that come with one person serving to a group of 20 with many tabs, but the level of attitude and annoyance coming from this server was beyond unacceptable as everyone in our group was pleasant and trying to do what they could to make the process smooth. Totally unnecessary for the server to act like that especially when her income involves...
Read moreThese ladies are absolutely killin' it! My husband and I stopped by to try some fun cocktails before dinner. Service was attentive, helpful, and friendly. Employees were clearly enjoying their jobs and smiling/joking with one another (I mean this in a positive way).
Since we were the only customers inside as it was still early in the evening, I got up to close a curtain a bit to block some sunlight shining directly at our table. One of the employees immediately came over and apologized and said to let her know if she can make any other adjustments to make us more comfortable. I kid you not, the second another ray on sunlight came through the window, she came over to check on me. So nice.
The drinks were so unique and absolutely delicious. We tried a variety and each one was completely different from the last. My favorite drink, Prowl by Night, was the best drink I've ever had and I am still thinking about it. Music was popping and matched the vibe.
If I ever live in the area, this will be my go-to place for cocktails. I'd also love to try the food in the future. Thanks for helping to make our...
Read moreExtremely rude service right from start. Blonde bartender does not know customer service. I just simply didn’t know which type of vodka I wanted. She gave me attitude, was rude and impatient, talking with her hands in my face. I didn’t tip because I don’t think someone should be rewarded for belittling someone and making them feel dumb for asking what type of vodka they have. She then confronted me saying “what no tip?” I told her she shouldn’t be rude. Then my friends and I go to the next bar where they won’t serve any of us (a group of about 10) because they said they got a note saying we were being rude to patrons. We only had pleasant conversations with everyone around us enjoying the costumes and bonding with some of the girlies in the bar. The bartender had to have sent them a message not to serve us just because I didn’t give a tip when it was because of her attitude. Get a different job where you are a happier person and don’t...
