Lost Eggs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a good basic to fall back on, not sure if I'm in love with the ham though

Gravlax ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ recommended to us by the cashier, loved it

Potato crepe ⭐⭐⭐⭐ was a good combination of food, I like the fruit it came with

Hot dog ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good and filling but unsure if I would order it ahain

Two eggs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jansen's temptation as a side ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ liked the texture a lot, might be a little too cheesy for me, like a sharp cheese but I still liked it and would order again

❤️Swedish hash ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would definitely recommend getting it with smoked trout favorite

Lefse potato pancake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there was a daily one with cream cheese and artichoke and WOW was it good. Haven't tried the normal one before, but I love this savory and creamy one. New favorite.

Lefse smoked salmon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ wow. Absolutely incredible. creamy. Not fishy.

Smoked salmon ceasar ⭐⭐⭐ just ok the salmon wasn't fishy, but it didn't have a smokey salmon taste I think it came down to the raddicios, they weren't bright and crisp, it was a little bitter and soggy needed more chips

Lamb burger ⭐⭐⭐⭐ definitely needed the sauce it came with bc it tasted almost too lamby without it? If that makes any sense. But it was really good and creamy. Think I like the swedish meatballs more, but I like this more than the hot dog

Swedish meatballs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ perfect mixture of sweet and savory

Fish board ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ good mix of things, the sauces complimented the fish great presentation the pickled herring was amazing loved the Oregon bay shrimps and the smoked trout, it's the same trout there in the hash didn't love the smoked salmon, was a little too salty for me

Required HIPAA violation and invation into protected medical history to eat inside. Choices are freeze outside with young children or disclose vaccination status with proof. Will never come back even after these restrictions are lifted.

HIPAA is a standard of practice that ensure everyone's health care information remains private unless needed for medical purposes. For example; no one is entitled to know if your staff has communicable diseases (statistically at least a few have herpes!), are getting treated for alcoholism, or have a genetic abnormality, unless they are directly involved in your healthcare. Therefore, requiring proof of medical information (vaccination status) is a violation and falls under protected information. Because no one has the right to know this information except you and your medical care team.

Furthermore, very few establishments are doing this. We went down the road and had a very nice brunch at a friendly establishment that had no such requirements. The rest of the COUNTRY outside of the westcoast got rid of mask requirements along with more draconian measures long ago.

Let's not forget that vaccination status does not take into account that having natural immunity is superior to vaccination (proven in a scientific study), and not recognized by vaccination status. Along with the fact that vaccinations are approximately 35% effective against the Omni strain, and asymptomatic spread is a very real thing for ALL viruses - even the ones more deadly than the infamous Covid-19.

Freaking Fantastic! I almost talked my wife into leaving when the hostess said 45 minute wait. However the couple behind us in asked if it was our first time? Then the guy looks at me and says "You will HATE yourself if you don't try the Lost Eggs!" So with that endorsement how could I refuse? To sooth the sting of the 45 minute wait the hostess told us to help ourselves to the coffee bar. Great some thermos coffee sitting at the door. Well the coffee was really good. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes and it really didn't seem that long. The waiter came and asked us for our drink order and I was really wanting a Bloody Mary and they asked if I wanted it regular with Aquavit...Yes please! My father-in-law is Norwegian and has introduced me to some of the finer Nord Spirits. It's fermented caraway seed I think? It reminds me a fine Vodka but with a very mild caraway finish. It really adds a wonderful compliment to the spicy tomato flavors in a Bloody Mary. Well of course I ordered the 'Lost Eggs". That guys intense recommendation still haunts me. The dish is simple but the execution has to be exact, and it was. Wonderful smoky ham in a creme fresh and spinach sauce three farm fresh eggs poach in the sauce under a bread crumb and parmesan crust. The piping hot cast iron skillet comes to the table still sizzling. It was so good, best breakfast item I have ever had.
