First off, the waiter who greeted us told us that if we wanted a table inside we had to pay $100... JUST TO SIT AT A TABLE, and when we said no, he said he could do it for $40... and that we would have to VENMO HIM PERSONALLY, so again, we said no, and decided to sit outside with our group. After telling him no, our table kept being dodged and we 100% felt like he didnt want to interact with us.
Second, when we went to the bar to order drinks, the bar tenders were literally reaching into chip bags and eating as they made drinks, and on top of that, there were CLEANING SUPPLIES sitting along the back of the bar next to the drinks they were making as well! I had to watch them make our drinks because it made me feel so uncomfortable.

There are two bathrooms although they aren’t communal so there is typically a line to use the restroom, it’s the pearl district so it’s understandable i guess.
The low rating really stems from the price of drinks and the quality of drinks.
Two Hendrick’s Collins totaled $30 prior to tip. Around $13 a drink and $2 up charge. If you’re doing a generous pour for all your drinks just include it in the price opposed to tacking on an up charge..
