We had come for a different food cart but they weren’t open yet so we decided to try Vi’s Sandwich, which ended up being such a happy accident! Everything was really well balanced and they’re generous with the portions. I've tried the grilled beef banh mi, grilled pork banh mi, and Nha Trang wings. All are delicious! Good prices... Bahn mi is large and the baguette has that ideal crispness to the crust.
