I bought monster boba and it was really good.
I'm glad I was notified that it runs on the sweeter side and was asked about the sweetness percent I wanted. I took 1/3 and although it's still pretty sweet, it's quite mellow and smooth allowing me to actually enjoy the different flavors in the drink such as the smooth texture of the cream and the caramelized like flavor of the boba.
I dinged one star because this was my first time coming to the place and I did not know where the main entrance was. I initially chose it as the place I wanted to go and as I drove to the destination- I didn't know I did because there wasn't any sign above or on the door even.. After parking and noticing the windows advertised diffrent flavors of drinks, I figured this was the building and just chose to go to the front. Even then, I saw a sign saying that there was a space available to be leased out but nothing that indicated the entry to this Ding Tea was to the left. Even coming in, I scanned the room only to then be greeted and find the menu indicating that this was the right place. I felt so clueless it was embarrassing.
Other than that, the space is really cute and the boba is perfect.
Update: I'm blind lol. After looking at the pictures, looks like there is a sign right above the entry on the building but I didn't see it when I was driving near the building. Either way, it would still be helpful to have something on the door to to...
Read moreDing Tea in the past used to be my go-to boba place. Under the name Pham. It was really good. Something must've happened in the past month or so, but the quality has went down. Our drinks are starting to taste more like water than the milk tea we used to order. It's decent now.
Update: 1/25/2021, 7PM. Went to Ding Tea, and very pleased with the workers during that time, gave specific instructions with mixing drinks and made things much clearer. The drinks were made much better, much flavor. From 2 stars - 4 stars. Would give 5 if the service is more consistent whenever we go, but it's great now.
Update: 6/23/2021, Around 8:30PM to 9PM. My family ordered Ding Tea and we're one of the customers that like to mix things around, so we ordered 4 custom drinks. One of the drinks had paper, or some sort of weird debris in the drinks and it wasn't just one piece, there were multiple pieces. This completely created an uncomfortable atmosphere where we couldn't drink any of our 4 drinks because we don't know if this applied to all of them, so we threw them all away. I still believe that Ding Tea serves great drinks, maybe we were just unlucky. 4 star...
Read moreMan I gotta shout out Erik, Rachel, and Emily over at Ding Tea, they’ve been holding it down for years. Legit some of the nicest, most consistent people I’ve ever met. Everytime I pull up, they’re always super friendly, quick with the service, and somehow remember my order like clockwork. Erik’s always chill and locked in, dude’s got customer service down to a science (we also talk about Pokémon). Rachel brings the good vibes every time, and Emily is always on point and makes sure everything comes out just right. I’ve NEVER had a bad drink or a bad interaction with any of them. Honestly I don’t even come just for the tea anymore, it’s them, it’s like my second home. Mad respect to this crew, they definitely invited to the cookout, no questions asked. They’re...
