Arby's — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Absolutely terrible customer service! I asked for Arby's sauce and honey mustard. When I open my bag I only have 1 packet of Arby's sauce for not only my sandwich but my chicken nuggets. No honey mustard what so ever. So I very nicely go back up to the counter. I ask for the same thing and I get one single packet of Arby's sauce and still no honey mustard. So I say and some honey mustard please. The workers answer to me was wow you really need that much sauce? Well let me tell you something she doesn't need to to be anywhere NEAR let alone working at fast food. I bet when she goes home and east 300 cookies with a gallon of Pepsi for a appetizer. Nobody says are you sure you need that many cookies? What she really needs is a attitude adjustment and start a diet. I'm calling corporate now. My food wasnt even good. Just a over unpleasant experience that might just make me never go to any other...

The food was cold. The roast beef was soft almost like chewing on fat. I used to work at an Arby's, the food was never like that. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, and cold soft roast beef... The entire experient made me not go back to this location again. Don't feel bad though... Every fast food location in this particular town is bad.

Edit: tried again here, ordered the 1/4 brisket sandwich which O ordered at a location in Monaca Pennsylvania. Night and Day difference. The Wheelersburg store needs to do way better. I ordered brisket not fat in a pile on my sandwich. About half as much meat, definitely not close to a quarter pound and it was all fat. The other store took care to make sure it was meat and it was about twice the amount. This will be the last time I ever go to this store, absolutely pathetic you pay $30 for food and it's not fit...

"Premium" market fresh sandwich? More like a "old leftover brown bag lunch I forgot in the fridge yesterday" sandwich.

I'm sorry, but this is so sad it's comical. Literally 1 piece of turkey? 1 "piece" of bacon? I hope your staff who took off the other piece that was very clearly there enjoyed their snack at my expense. $7.39 for this???? Maybe change your picture you use to advertise the turkey sandwich because this is just plain fraudulent.
