Although the bowl was fresh and tasty, the attitude of the employees was deplorable. I waited 20 minutes for my bowl , with no other customers waiting , while she and her co worker were carrying on with a personal conversation and played with their phones. Excellent smoothies and great service, especially at the Portsmouth Route 1 (food truck) location. We are regulars and always appreciate that our online orders are ready and waiting for us on arrival. Yesterday there was a simple mixup with our order. Today, when I placed the same order, the manager (Cassidy) recognized that it was us placing a regular order and went out of her way to make things right — she made the smoothies early so that they’d be ready the moment the truck opened; credited us for the mixup yesterday; and even wrote a sweet “Have a great day” message on the lid!
