I work just five minutes from the Wendy’s on London Blvd, and every time I visit, there’s an issue. Despite their posted opening time of 6:30 a.m., I’ve come for breakfast on at least three occasions around 6:45 a.m., only to find they weren’t open. Today, I went in for lunch, intending to place my order at the counter since I was paying with cash. However, no one acknowledged me or came to take my order. When I finally got the attention of the person I believe to be the manager, she said, “Okay, ma’am, give us just a few moments, someone will be with you shortly.” Five minutes later, I was still waiting, while other customers were able to use the kiosk to order. After 10 minutes, I asked the manager again if someone was coming to take my order. She said yes but continued to focus on the drive-thru. My entire lunch break was wasted because I was paying with cash. Wendy’s needs to have someone available at the counter since the kiosk doesn’t accept cash, and not everyone uses a credit card. I shouldn’t have to wait longer to place my order just because I’m paying with cash.

Read moreThis is the second time I have ordered via Door Dash from this location and it will definatly be the last. Both times it took over an hour after I placed the order for the location to confirm it, then almost another hour on top of that for my food to arrive. When asking the Dasher why they took so long after they got to the restaurant to leave with the order they said both times that the staff had not even started to make the order yet when they got there, and it took them over half an hour to finally have it ready after the Dasher arrived and that the staff was very rude and disrespectful to them for the time they were waiting and questioning the time it was taking them to get the order ready. This past time after I had been waiting close to an hour and a half I called the location to question the wait time and was told by a very rude young woman 'it'll get there when it gets there' and was hung up on. Read moreI'm a DoorDash delivery driver. I came to pick up an order 11:45 that was obviously placed before 11:45, and was told they weren't making any orders that had meat for the burger the customer ordered.
I had to waste time trying to get into contact with the customer. The customer asked what they would replace the burger with, and the order taker replied: "nothing because we're closing soon." It was 10 minutes to 12pm at this point.
When I pulled up and asked for corporates number, the heavy set black female manager told me they were a franchise. When I asked for the owners contact information, I was told she can't give it out without permission. Then offered to make the order for customer named "K P" after they initially told me they didn't have the meat!!! By that time the customer canceled his order, I took a ratings hit, and I wasted time and money.
