Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Post Falls

This Carl's Jr is part of the Love's truck stop here at State line (Post Falls) Idaho. It was my first time ordering their Beyond Meat burger for my vegan 16 yr old son. I was a bit worried, as the CJ in Coeurd'alene had not got the order correct 2x in a row. Bun/burger/ketchup. 😄 The gal at the window was cheerful and talkative, and actually confirmed EXACTLY what I wanted several times, which I appreciated! I had to pull forward and wait a couple minutes for them to bring it out to me (keep in mind that it's around midnight, in below zero weather with wind chill) and the drive through attendant was still perfectly cheerful as she even took time to explain that the cook had put on clean gloves so it wouldn't be contaminated by actual meat. Talk about attention to detail! I wish I knew both their names, so I could let their manager know how impressed I was! We were happy that they were open at 430am, thinking we could get a quick bite to eat on the way to the Spokane International Airport. The food was great but it was not quick at all. They must clean the grills at that time or something because it was like a 20 minute wait. There was only one person who already ordered when we arrived that was waiting so something was going on in the kitchen. They had indoor dining with some tables closed to help with social distancing. The signs on the door said that face masks were required and everyone seemed to be complying at that time in the morning. They did throw in some free cookies with our breakfast to apologize for the long delay. That made me think they must not always be that slow. On youtube for the past week i see an ad from Carl's Jr for 2-10-25 called a FREE "HANGOVER BURGER". So i go at 3:30 in the afternoon and pull up to the drive through and ask for my free hangover burger. The cashier tells me "hang on sir". A few seconds later another cashier comes over the intercom and tells me, "we have the breakfast sandwich for free". 1) That isn't a burger. 2) It's 3:30 in the afternoon, i didn't want a breakfast sandwich. 3) the nearest Carl's Jr from Post Falls is a 5 mile drive from the center of town. I was born in Cd'A in 1963, I've lived in Kootenai county for the better part of 61 years. I have 300+ relatives in this county, and i know ALOT of people.
