Absolutely blown away by how rude the staff is. I’m usually not one to leave reviews, or anything, but holy cow man, this one is needed. I put in an online order through the app, and after an hour of it being in ‘preparing’ I decided to give them a call because this has happened before where they “lost” my order. The order was being prepared by Kristine, and when I mentioned the name, I was told she doesn’t work there. When I mention my name, address, exact order, phone number, “nothing is coming up”. Okay, well whatever I’ll just put in another order. Right after I get off the phone with the kid, it says my order is out of the oven, then the order disappears off the tracking on the app. I called to see what was going on with that, because if you never got the order, why is it suddenly being made? This time, different person, I explain the situation, and how I just want to make sure that at least my new order went through. He then tells me yes! It has and now he actually sees the first one too! I tell him great, i understand, and to just bring me the order. He also told me it was in the oven at that moment and will be on its way in 10. Minutes later “Kristen is on her way with your order” yeah, the one who doesn’t work there. Anyways, pizza gets here it’s cold, with the first receipt from 8:25, it is now nearly 11 and I have wasted hours of my time over pizza delivery. I call and ask if this is for real and am immediately getting blame projected onto me by someone who clearly has no business answering phones for anyone. I am seriously just blown away by this. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience in my life with any restaurant. This one really takes the cake, and it will probably be the only review I ever write. DO NOT ORDER...

Tonight,Staff in both had trouble understanding me...and speaking English clearly(Jane).they need to be able to repeat name and address back to you correctly if they cant hear it.The second lady after I repeated loudly several times (thinking she cdnt hear me)my address, she hung up on me(Angel)at spokane st location.Already peaved from my first phone call at mullan store repeating myself a million times and then having them tell me they dont deliver to me-after having the other store tell me that in the past.Had to drive to store to order delivery.idk what happened to the old system where they automtically had your number linked to an address and everything was easy peasy. having to tell them your name,zip and address, it seems they are not hearing it or understanding it.When stating my concerns to the teenage boy up front, he seemed unconcerned and uncomunicative.Didnt even tell me when to expect my pizza.He said "sorry she's a hard worker" sarcastically with an eye roll.Didn't want to be Karen and get manager (which would have probably been too hard anyways)but they need to get a grip. Been ordering dominos in post falls for 20 yrs never had a problem. I guess this might be chalked up to worker shortage and quality staff 🤔. I know it's not an easy job and everyone has bad nights but 3 workers in 2 locations on the same night? I guess if it happens this way again I will be finding another pizza place for...
Read moreMy Family has been getting pizza from this location for quite some time. I recently made a purchase of 3 Extra Large Pepperoni's with Extra sauce.
After getting home I noticed there was no extra sauce on the Pizzas. In fact, there was hardly ANY sauce on the Pizzas at all. They were very dry. We order Pizza regularly, always with Extra sauce, and the difference is always noticeable. They usually are very saucy, just the way we like them, but this was dry... very bland.
I contacted the store and was told they would remake the Pizzas, but it was rush time so I would have to wait, which I didn't mind at all. A few minutes later I got a call back saying, as per the Manager, they would not be remaking the pizzas as they were made correctly. I offered to bring the pizza in and show them, as I wasn't trying to be difficult or somehow manipulate them for free Pizza. They would not budge so I hung up. I ended up calling back to speak to the manager myself. I demanded a refund because when you pay for something, you expect to get what you ordered. The manager again reiterated that he was personally involved in making our order and that it was correct. If I wanted to I could come down and get some Marinara cups for some extra sauce. Marinara cups? For 3 Extra large Pizzas? Im not driving all the way back for that...
In the end they offered me a $25 discount on my next order. Overall it was simply a bad experience and I don't think we'll be returning to this location...
