Horrible service!! Where do I start? Well, I always make it clear when I come here because I only like dark meat just for the simple fact that I’m a 50 minute drive from this restaurant and do not want to have to drive 50 minutes back just for their mistakes! Wasting 3.5 hours and I do make that clear as well! Not only did I wait an over hour to get my food but it was near closing at this point. When I get home I feed my family and I noticed it was white meat🤦🏾♀️ so I called but they were already closed. Again I’m not making a drive to them until I hear they are fixing it, so I continued to call and nobody answered the phone literally during the day! 5 days of calling!! I have never heard of any business doing that. Finally on the 5th day we got a hold of someone and they said fine bring in your receipt, so we came and when we talked to one of the guys and started talking in Hindu in front of us, so we don’t know what they were saying but very disrespectful that I could not hear what was being sad since it had to do with me! Apparently the other guy he was talking to lied and said he did not mess up and gave me the correct order completely lying and the look on his face said it all but they continued to talk in their language about the situation so I couldn’t say what they had said, but they argued and said they are not going to fix it and said we should have came the next day and reminded them why we couldn’t and with my hours that’s not happening as I work in the medical field and not doing a late night drive when they messed up. So I showed them my caller ID showing I called that night and every night leading to now. They had nothing to say at that point. Very disrespectful with the entire situation. I do not speak in my language around people who do not understand especially if they are talking to me. Do better your service is horrible and the lying to save yourself the embarrassment is...
Read moreDon't usually complain, but I did my second online order for pick up in the driveway through. Which is one if two options. Lobby or drive through. Showed up after 20 min in the drive through and was asked to park as my order wasn't ready and it would be 10 min?? Said last time you all parked me you forgot about me and never brought my food. Parked 20 min later after being tired of waiting again, I went inside again. Asked to see the manager, and proceeded to tell him I wasn't happy with the service. Where upon the 18? Year old kid in jeans and rubber boots began to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that this is how we do things here. I nicely informed the child that I wasn't talking to him, I was talking to the manager. Where the child just continues to embarrass your restaurant and confront me about how I was wrong and that my order was ready and I should just take it and go. Your manager tries to explain that you don't prepare online orders till people arrive?? Kinda defeats the purpose of placing an order? No? At this point the embarrassing child goes behind the hot counter and begins to explain what an a hole I was expecting to be served like a customer. Poor management. Poor guest service. Just a big zero ro your operation. I am sure you are a franchise and have a local owner that too bad is unaware of what a disservice you workers do to his success, not to mention the bottom line. The child in question was working the front line in Wednesday Aug 2nd between 3:28 pm when I placed my order andn4:20 pm when I finally received it. Yes, 46 min!!! This child would be better suited as a ditch digger where his interpersonal skills would be best used. Theres a seat on the bus for everyone. Sometimes those bus riders need assistance...
Read moreI'm giving them two stars since the final person I dealt with today was helpful. This starts back a month or so ago when I ordered 7-9, three piece chicken meals. They took my order over the phone and gave me a discount when I showed up. Today I call wanting to order the same thing and I'm told that they dont take orders over the phone...I will have to download the app or go to their website. I explained to her that I was driving and didn't have the app on my phone. I'm not sure what happened to customer service but this lady didn't have any. She would not take my order. So I had my 13 year son download the app and place the order, all of 20 minutes. The app didnt allow me to pick a time to pick up. So I had my son call and he must've got the same lady. She told him to call when we're on our way and they'll start it.. I needed it to be ready at a certain time so I called again. It must've been the manager who I talked to this time. She was very nice and told me she have the order ready when I needed it. When I picked up the order the lady had it ready as promised and again was very nice. If I would've had this kind of service the first time I called in the order,(month ago) I definitely would not have been back. I just don't understand the lack of customer service these days. Do employees not realize that without their customers they dont have a job? Pick up a pencil and take an order! There are circumstances that I would think people would go just a little bit out of their way to make a customer happy. But they're too lazy!! At this point I don't know if I will be back because of the one person who wouldn't go the extra mile for one customer. Of course I didnt complain until now because I didnt want anyone to spit...
