Vapor Lounge — Local services in Post Falls

This is the first place that I went to when I originally start vaping a couple years ago and HAD been going there consistently since. After my last couple visits , I told myself I will never come here again ! Initially they were more than five stars, but have been steadily going downhill ever since. A few weeks ago I bought a new device extra coils and juice. I start having problems with leakage of the device from day one. Brought it back for refund a few days after purchasing it but salesperson pressured me into just trying out a new pod. I told him I would rather just exchange it or get something different. He insisted that it must be a manufacturer's defect to be able to do this. I reluctantly took the new pod, and again had problems. Too much to write here but at this point I decided to cut my losses. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there, and for them to make me come back and forth or exchanging and giving me a credit was ridiculous. My time and energy are worth something. So I don't know why or how people give this place good reviews. About a month ago I was sold a very bad battery by someone at this location and was promised that it had features it did not on top of being full returnable. When I realized how terrible this battery was I went to return it. The whole time I returned it I was quite and respectful as I work in retail and understand the stress of customer service. I was then screamed at by 3 big dudes who crowded around me about how I was dumb for even suggesting I could return it. That was about a month ago, since then I have had 2 friends who have had a similar experience. Do not shop here if you value your money or time, I would not be suprised if the good reviews on...

Josh is an absolute treasure! I first started vaping and met him at the Vapor Lounge @ Shadle (in Spokane). What a treat to run into him, again, today! He is the reason I was able to quit smoking successfully! He is ALSO the reason why I am a LOYAL Vapor Longe customer! This is the guy who treats ya with respect, cares about your needs and doesn't bs you. He took the time to help a 41 year old Mama of 5 learn how to use technical equipent, patiently...me!
