Ordered a Quarter Pounder Meal no Ketchup Mustard Tomato and Light Mayo. It seemed they had trouble ringing me up & came to the window saying there is confusion with my order. (Not sure why or how it was confusing but I understand if someone was new or something). Anyways I paid $15.45 for a small meal and order of Cheese Curds. My office is right next to your store so didn't drive more than a block before opening my food. 1.It was cold. 2.My burger looked as if someone just threw it in the wrapper and didn't even try to make it look appetizing. 3.After my first bit I realized the cook put a stack of 10 pickles right in the middle and a ton of really thick onions right around it. 4.No lettuce instead added tomato! 5.My bottom bun was completely soggy!(Probably from so many pickles) It's just plain out obvious that your crew here was upset because of my "Confusing Burger" and just threw this burger together! I've worked in the food industry and customer service industry for 20 years and have managed my own restaurants as well. so I get that it's frustrating at times. But one thing I don't think your crew may understand is that if they continue preparing food in this manner then none of them will even have a jobs! Because how are you able to have a job with no customers? I will not be returning and if anyone in my family or friends suggests eating there in the future I will make sure to tell them why they should not! Every time you lose 1 customer you're really loosing 10 customers because that one tells all there family and friends. Something else they might want to think about. Sorry for being so forward. I actually gave you guys a 5 star rating just last week but is now removed with this comment in its place. Now I see why DQ's are going out of business everywhere. (YOUR FOOD & SERVICE USED...
Read moreDQ fixed us a banana split and shorted us on the toppings. We took banana split asking to have enough toppings to enjoy. DQ server said recipe had been followed. Three quarter ounces per three toppings is DQ's recipe. The DQ server assured DQ's recipe had been followed to the letter. Our banana split had one third of an ounce in comparison to a shot glass. A shot glass is an ounce comparison. Remembering the banana split this July we had while in Montana was yummy 😊. Post Falls DQ was not OK. Montana's plus is banana split had a cherry. WOW! Montana didn't have peanuts & had way adequate whipped cream. We can't remember the last time we had a banana split with peanuts on it and NO CHERRY...... Huh.... DQ in Post Falls gives no whip cream no topping and peanuts. Where do you get your recipe for banana splits Post Falls? I Googled 3 recipes for classic banana splits. All classic banana splits have whipped cream and cherries. No peanuts. We're good at cooking in our home but this one baffles us. Post Falls DQ used 2tsp of pineapple and 2tsp teaspoons of strawberry syrup and 2tsp chocolate syrup was in our split. Post Falls DQ made split so split was not quite enjoyable - adequate - and it cost $5. What probably got me the most his wife is that when we kindly asked to have it fixed and would have gladly paid for whatever it took. DQ's told us no they wouldn't fix it because DQ servers would have to remake it. For DQ to tell a customer know you won't fix a mistake whether it's a mistake or not by restaurant standards is S T U P I D ! Heck we're plumbers and we have to redo stuff sometimes and it's expensive. But we do it at no expense to the customer!!!! Sorry I couldn't be nicer because I really enjoy giving great, wonderful, enthusiastic, enjoyable, fun...
Read moreThe girl who took our order and our money (name on the receipt said Mik) had an attitude from the beginning. She'd missed one of our blizzards by mistake and when asked about it (in a completely normal, polite tone), she immediately got defensive and snippy with my mom and bobbed her head while saying "No I didn't. I didn't hear you. It takes like 2 seconds" in easily the most annoyed, impositioned voice I've heard and took my mom's card to ring her up. She gave us part of our order and then walked away in time for another crew member (who was far friendlier) to give us the missing blizzard. I've worked in food retail as a teen and I get that it gets busy and these kids are grossly underpaid for some of the things they have to put up with but that's no reason to take your frustrations out on a customer, especially when you were the one who made the mistake to begin with. We'll of course keep visiting this Dairy Queen when we need our ice cream fix since there hasn't been any problem in the past but management really needs to be more on top of their employees, especially when it comes to...
