I've had some great experiences, not many not so good experiences like tonight. The food is always fresh and delicious, its usually reasonably clean, it seems like some of the staff may need a bit of fine tuning. Approx. 6:29 pm Wednesday night, 2 ladies infront of us had nice young lady helping them get one salad. The other lady with glasses had a friend come in 2 minutes after we arrived and she stopped doing our order completely and started working on his (we got 2 mini pizzas, she unwrapped one, then left them to get him a sandwich). At one point, our order was ready for the oven, she actually stopped the first lady , saying her friends sandwich would be faster to cook. Really? So we waited even longer. If she would have asked us if that was okay to do his first, it might have been better, but the way she did it was wrong and we had to wait even longer while someone that came 2-3 minutes after we were waiting got everything done first. Then afterward, her friend just stood there and didn't eat at all. Other than that, the food was delicious and fresh, the other lady was really nice and friendly. Read moreOnly giving one star because it wouldn't let me go lower. I stop by here occasionally because I shop for groceries in this Walmart from time to time. Everyday that I'm in here, however, the manager woman has a difficult time getting off her high horse and is so impolite or clearly in the back on her phone. I'm tired of feeling like I'm going to have to shout at her for help. Additionally, some of the evenings that I visit, the younger girls working here are too busy gossiping amongst themselves to listen to my order. At this point, I am basically throwing away upwards of $10.00 for a skimpy, messy sandwich. I will be going to the subway in the next town over for now because this location clearly lacks respect and basic skill needed. The management here is poor, the cleanliness is poor, and the staff performance is poor. I'm just interpreting this as the "local" ownershep not knowing how to run a business. Good job...
Read moreThe worst experience in a subway ever. First off, how can three sub sandwiches cost $60? We should cheer gotten seafood with better service.
The owner or manager butted into our conversation, tearing down other customers. The supervisor would not put the mozzarella that came with the one sandwich, onto another but instead wasted two plastic containers to put it in. The other lady wasn't going to give me my cheese. All this and arguing that we had paid for the other cheese. It was the poorest food quality..
Then there was the sodas. Carbonation was going out and told it is just that way.
No apology no help.. Calling the number you talk to the very girl that argued and didn't care anyway.
So much for customer service.
