I was so excited to hear about this restaurant so close to my neighborhood! I visited them on their fourth day of the grand opening and felt like a kid in a candy store! Absolutely (LOVED) picking what I wanted in my bowl and didn't even mind the very minimal upcharge to make it to my personal perfection! The food and fish were fresh, delicious, and completely satisfying for my belly and my wallet! The customer service was delightful, and she answered my questions with a smile. The whole experience was much better than some other establishments that I have tried in the area. I can't wait to watch them grow in the community! Next time I go there...I am going to bring my kiddos along, too.

Currently enjoying this new gem in Poulsbo! I had to write a review to sing my praises, even as I eat, since they literally just opened and the food is *that* good. Poke Pop provides a fantastic selection of fresh proteins (I chose the spicy salmon) and just the right number of topping options to satisfy any guest. There’s plenty of interior seating, with nice overhead music, to make this a go-to spot for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended, even if I still haven’t finished my first meal here…

I've been wanting to come here since they opened and was finally able to! The shop was clean and friendly. Had a great feel to it. I got the spicy salmon, ahi tuna, white rice and cabbage to set up. Edamame, ginger, seaweed salad, imitation crab, crisp onion, gochugan sauce, and spicy mayo. Portions were generous and a great selection of added items, the extra add ons were reasonably priced. The worker was great with offering suggestions and everything.

Absolutely love this place. I frequent the Tacoma location whenever I’m in the area and was ecstatic to learn this new Poulsbo location was going in! I now don’t have to travel to Kingston for Ono every time I want fresh poke! Fish at Poke Pop is always fresh and delicious, sauces and seasonings are on point (gochujang, or sweet and spicy Korean sauce, is off the chain), and they offer a ton of toppings and extras to pull the bowl together really well. And the people running/working at the Poulsbo spot are incredibly welcoming and nice, and super helpful if poke isn’t your norm and you need a little guidance on how to build your bowl. I highly recommend this place for anyone ranging from the true poke enthusiasts to those branching out and trying...

I rarely post bad reviews, as I feel like most places have at least some redeeming quality that makes them at least decent overall. However, I came here yesterday to get a "build-your-own" bowl with salmon and tuna, as well as a spam musubi. The gentleman serving me was very nice, and the restaurant looked fairly clean.

However, Poke Pop was the only meal I had yesterday that the rest of my family didn't have, so through process of elimination, I'm reasonably certain that the food here made me violently ill. I don't know if it was the fish, or the spam musubi, but exercise caution here. It's really a shame, I wanted to...
