Absolutely love this place. I frequent the Tacoma location whenever I’m in the area and was ecstatic to learn this new Poulsbo location was going in! I now don’t have to travel to Kingston for Ono every time I want fresh poke! Fish at Poke Pop is always fresh and delicious, sauces and seasonings are on point (gochujang, or sweet and spicy Korean sauce, is off the chain), and they offer a ton of toppings and extras to pull the bowl together really well. I highly recommend this place for anyone ranging from the true poke enthusiasts to those branching out and trying...
Read moreI was so excited to hear about this restaurant so close to my neighborhood! I visited them on their fourth day of the grand opening and felt like a kid in a candy store! Absolutely (LOVED) picking what I wanted in my bowl and didn't even mind the very minimal upcharge to make it to my personal perfection!

However, Poke Pop was the only meal I had yesterday that the rest of my family didn't have, so through process of elimination, I'm reasonably certain that the food here made me violently ill. I don't know if it was the fish, or the spam musubi, but exercise caution here. It's really a shame, I wanted to...
