Our family tried the ramen and teriyaki chicken, and it was the most disgusting, bland ramen I have ever tasted, and the teriyaki chicken was charred and dry with too much sauce to hide how inedible it was. The restaurant was filthy. Food bits and dirt under the table that looked like they had been there for a very long time. There was also a puddle of mystery liquid under the table and on the chair that my husband sat at, and nobody seemed to be cleaning the dining area at all. The sink visible from the front counter was covered in filth, and looked like it was not in use. The bathroom was disgusting and there was urine everywhere. The icing on the cake was some gangly blond haired mouth breather that worked there had the audacity to come out to our car after our meal, knock on my husband's window, and BLAME him for peeing all over the bathroom. I'm sure your bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary before we made the mistake of eating here, it will continue to be disgusting and unsanitary long after we were gone. Rude, lazy staff, unsanitary conditions, and terrible food. Would give zero stars...
Read moreThis is the most disgusting place I have gone to in a very long time. There is severe water damage to the ceiling, even on a hot hot summer day they have multiple buckets all over the ground 3/4 of the way full of disgusting water. The restaurant itself smells terrible. Sadly I still tried to give this place a chance because of how great the ratings were. Do not be fooled, I spent $23 on teriyaki chicken/teriyaki shrimp, fried rice combo. I had four tiny shrimp, and about 10 slivers of chicken . They put the chicken over the top of my fried rice and drowned my whole fried rice with teriyaki sauce. The food was so disgusting, I am literally right now sitting in Wendy’s parking lot in a huge line waiting to get something to eat that is palatable to appoint . I warn you, this place is a completely disgusting, over priced dive. Do not eat here. You’ve...
Read moreIf I had invested the money that I've spent here since opening I'd rival Warren Buffet in wealth, my family used to really enjoy the food; but you're only as good as your last game and this place has become the Detroit Lions of fast food teriyaki. There's been a noticeable decrease in the qualty of the food but last night was the worst; barely edible Katsu and S&S chicken and WAY over cooked Gyoza and Egg Rolls. A completely wasted $70.00 (and I'm no Warren Buffet) I truely feel I was robbed. Add that to the arrogance of a RESTAURANT not open on weekends and we're through. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. 2 stars only because of pleasant staff; otherwise, 1. BTW, I noticed a lot of the reviewers are "local guides", they've probably never patronized the restaurant, just piling up their Google...
