Great experience buying a new mattress and foundation at Mattress Firm in Poulsbo. Penny, the person who assisted me in the process, was very helpful and friendly throughout. She answered lots of questions and provided plenty of information to help me make my decision, then completed my order quickly and made all of the arrangements for me to receive my new mattress right away. I would highly recommend this store and this person to anyone.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Taylor Kugler, another Sales associate at the Poulsbo store, who was extremely helpful in fulfilling my very-last-minute request to change my delivery service from the basic Silver drop-off service I had originally selected to the Gold full set-up and haul away service. I had initially planned on hauling my old mattress and box spring off to the dump myself, and carrying the new ones from my garage upstairs to my bedroom, with the help of a friend. But, I injured my back last night, too late to call in and change my order. My delivery was on the schedule for today, but, since I had purchased the mattress in the Poulsbo, Washington store, I couldn't use the online system to request a change, but had to wait until the store opened at 10 AM to request the change with the associates in the store. By that time, the truck had left the warehouse with my order, and they were so busy with their work, that it was difficult to actually reach someone in shipping to request the change, and arrange for me to upgrade my delivery. Taylor was very persistent in his efforts, and was able to arrange for the upgraded service before the drivers arrived, and they took care of the setup and haul away of my old mattress and box spring in an extremely efficient and friendly manner, and I'm now looking forward to a great night's sleep! My mom and I originally bought her a mattress from a competing store last week, and were disappointed to hear about the long shipping time. After a week of waiting, we discovered we had space in the room for the next size up mattress, so we called the store to change the order. Turned out it would take an additional 2 weeks! Not good for a woman without a bed!

We called Mattress Firm to see if they had any in stock or what their delivery time looked like - Taylor said they had 50 in stock, and could have it to us in 2 days!Done deal - canceled our order from the other store and went with Mattress Firm.

Taylor was so helpful, explained everything simply and concisely and made the whole process easier. He didn't try to upsell us, and helped her get exactly what she knew she wanted. He also managed to be attentive to both us and a couple browsing the store at the same time while being the only employee working at the time. We'll definitely be back when it's time for another new mattress.

My wife and I couldn't have had a better experience. We walking into Mattress Firm knowing we were going to buy a mattress, but we really didn't know how to find the right mattress, and that is what Penny helped us do. She was never pushy, very informative, and helped us find the right mattress.

Penny walked us through finding the mattress firmness we both liked, and they showed us different types of mattresses in that firmness to be sure we found the right mattress type. Traditional, Hybrid, Full Memory foam, etc.. There were way more options that we anticipated. Penny encouraged us to take our time laying on the beds. She encouraged us to take our time and go back and forth between beds we'd tried and beds we hadn't. I never felt pressured, and always felt like she was there to guide us rather than sell us.
