Have been going here since around December, and we cant even place mobile orders anymore. I exclusively get veggie bowls and they always manage to mess my order up. Extra lettuce? Single shred. Extra anything? My bowl is literally half empty. Boyfriend and I have had to resort to going in everytime which is fine, so that we can get full bowls, because its a Tuesday tradition of ours. Went in today, and all was as normal going through the like until it was our turn. Employee was extremely rude making our food, gave me less than a half scoop of guac on my veggie bowl and was irritated when i asked for a full scoop. Boyfriend had the same experience when ordering the majority of his bowl, and the cashier was an absolute snob. Asked for chips? Of course theyre out, which of course is not their fault but the way they said it was incredibly obnoxious for somebody who had the simple task of literally standing at the register the whole time without helping his coworker with the line. After so many complaints and bad experiences unfortunately we’ll simply be going to the other locations. It may be a few dollars that we spend per person but having to drive 30 minutes for a decent chipotle bowl is insane. The turnover rate is obviously incredibly high and i hope they start treating the employees better. $2 over minimum wage should be enough to at least pretend...
Read moreI used to visit the Silverdale location a lot until it experienced a decline in service and atmosphere. When the Poulsbo location opened, just a 30-minute drive from me, I decided to give it a chance, hoping for a better experience. I was optimistic that the issues from Silverdale wouldn't be replicated, especially considering my dissatisfaction with the young lady who served as the general manager there. She seemed more focused on personal matters, like her weed pen and her significant other who also worked at the Silverdale location.
However, my optimism was misplaced, as I discovered after visiting the Poulsbo location that some of the shortcomings from Silverdale had carried over. It appeared that some of the staff, the "bad apples" as I'd term them, had transitioned to the new location, impacting the overall quality of service.
The Poulsbo location, despite my initial hopes, failed to break free from the issues that had plagued Silverdale. This experience left me disappointed, as I had anticipated an improved environment and service quality. It serves as a reminder that the success or failure of a business often relies on the people involved and their commitment to providing a positive...
Read moreThis location open recently, my wife and I went there on 10/20 to eat. Once inside the location, there was a long line waiting to order. Approximately 10 minutes went by before an employee yelled out "our system is down and we can only take online orders". We stepped out of line and ordered online, the estimated time for the food to be ready was 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and went as we stood there staring at the employees, a few employees were working and the others were just standing around or coming out to the drink station to fill up their drinks. We watch an employee on the burrito making station touch his hair, face and head over and over with no gloves or even watching his hands. As we waited I noticed how dirt the floor and tables were, which is shocking because this chipotle just opened about a week ago. No employees came out to clean any of the tables or the floors. Approximately 45+ minutes went by before we were handed our food. We spent a total of approximately 1 hour at the restaurant just to get two burritos which ended up upsetting my stomach. Hoping corporate steps in and cleans this all up, poor start to a new...
