The atmosphere is alright, typical modernized Italian decor with no huge changes from the decor that Sound Brewing had. The pizza is delicious but I'm giving two stars because the 12" pizza we purchased was $22.00 and took about an hour to get to the table. For that price I expect it to at least be the best pizza in town and get to the table in 15-20 minutes like any other pizza joint. The wait staff never once stopped to assure us that they had checked on our order and it was in the works. When we asked at the end of the hour to cancel our order if it was in the process we were told that it was definitely in the oven, but she did not even check with the kitchen. When we asked for our order to be packed to go rather than dining in we were assured that the wait was not normal, that it was just a busy Friday night. There were maybe 10 other small parties in the restaurant and no line at the door... They definitely did not look busy. The problem is the kitchen staff that I watched take nearly five minutes just to stretch out a pizza crust and was definitely taking his time. I worked at a successful pizza shop, it should take two minutes tops to stretch the dough and another two - three to prep and get in the oven. But I think what bothered me the most was that they could not be bothered to bring my $10 wine in an actual wine glass. My wine was served in a tiny whiskey like glass. For the price of everything on the menu, I expect my drinks to be served with a little class. The whole evening just felt like I was paying good money for a bargain experience, I doubt we will ever...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic pizza restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The service was incredibly quick and efficient, ensuring that our meal was served promptly without any delays.
One of the highlights of our visit was the delicious Virgin Mojito. It was refreshing, well-balanced, and a perfect accompaniment to our meal. The flavors were spot on, making it a delightful choice for both kids and adults alike.
The real star of the show, however, was the Garlic Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely divine! The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, with the garlic and mushrooms complementing each other beautifully. The crust was crispy and well-cooked, adding to the overall deliciousness of the dish.
What really stood out, though, was how family-friendly the restaurant was. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for families with children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everyone felt at home.
Overall, I highly recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you're a pizza lover or just looking for a great dining experience with your family, this place is definitely...
Read moreWe rolled in here last Friday night to try this place for the first time. The temporary signage should have been enough of a warning, but we decided to proceed.
There were four other tables, two of which had food. We were promptly seated, but it was obvious they were very understaffed. Then again, four tables aren’t a lot for one server. Sprinting at top speed and breaking glassware is not a recipe for success.
Our pizza took 1½ hours after ordering. We were puzzled, as it was clear that to-go orders and people seated after us were being prioritized and getting food delivered.
Before the pizza arrived, the server knew food was dragging and brought our kids a couple of Cokes. No one in our house drinks Coke, so why bring this over? I’m thinking at this point the meal or drinks should be comped—but no. This is what I used to do when working in fine dining; sometimes you have to eat bad experiences to win customers.
The pizza finally arrived, and it had minimal structure with way too much cheese. There is such a thing as too much cheese. The positive was that it was hot and came directly out of the oven. It might have passed for Kitsap good, as options are limited. Not good enough for...
