I'm from CA and attempt to make a run to Poulsbo for the local bakery and this brewery when I can get to Seattle to visit family. This is one of my very favorite WA breweries. I appreciate a brewer that can create unique and excellent beers with many below 40 on the IBU. This visit I had an excellent "Red" that was medium bodied and nice malt flavor with and IBU of 20. My second was a "Mind Funk White Stout" A truly unique beer. It has the body and color of a wheat and many of the flavor characteristics of a stout, but lighter. I thoroughly enjoyed both beers. After covid is over, sitting inside this place will be nice. As it is now however, the tents and heaters do the best job you could ask of them. Lots of seating, decent amount of parking, and plenty of heaters for everyone. Oh yeah, they have beer. Pretty good beer imo. Dont get mad at them if you dont like it, get mad at me and my tastebuds.
