This is the most charming brewery in downtown Poulsbo, and I can't rave enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The rustic yet modern decor perfectly complements the cozy vibe of the place, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The staff at this brewery are truly exceptional. They are not only knowledgeable about their craft but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the different brews and even offered personalized recommendations based on my preferences. Their passion for brewing is evident in every interaction, and it really enhances the overall experience. Nate and Lyndsi are assets to this brewery!
The beer selection is fantastic, with a variety of unique and delicious options to choose from. Whether you're a fan of hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or refreshing lagers, there's something for everyone. Each beer is crafted with care and precision, resulting in flavors that are both complex and satisfying.
Overall, this locally owned and operated brewery in downtown Poulsbo is a must-visit. The wonderful atmosphere, exceptional staff, and top-notch brews make it a standout destination for both locals and visitors alike. I can't wait to return and enjoy more of what this fantastic brewery...

Valholl has good beer, the rest...
Read moreWe’ve been here twice now and absolutely loved our experience both times. We got a full flight the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the beer. The Norseman Hazy IPA and BrewBitch IPA were standouts for me, but all were enjoyable.
The service is top notch and the beer tenders know their stuff. The merch is high quality and we ended up leaving there with a couple t-shirts our first visit.
You can see their 7-barrel system from the taproom and you can tell that the brewers take pride in their equipment. Everything is clean and tidy.
They had a band there this weekend called Planet Groove and they...
