I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews as I think all establishments have their moments but after the terrible customer service I had with this restaurant and the poor quality of the food I want to share so others don't waste $30 on a pizza.

I ordered a large herbivore pizza for delivery and paid the $2 extra for vegan cheese. When the pizza arrived it was barely warm (definitely not hot), the vegetables were still room temperature and crunchy (barely heated) and it barely had a sprinkling of dairy-free cheese on it. It tasted a lot like canned tomato sauce and something I'd get during lunch in middle school.

I usually go to MOD where they don't skimp on the dairy-free cheese but wanted to support a local restaurant.

I called to express that the pizza barely had any vegan cheese and the response I got was that "yeah we go light on the vegan cheese because it costs a lot" - I explained that had I known that paying $2 extra for vegan cheese meant I'd barely get any vegan cheese, I wouldn't have ordered from them. Seems to me that if you're going to offer a dairy-free option it should at least cover the pizza. If I had gotten regular cheese and this was what I received it would have been unacceptable.

When I asked how we could make this better or if next time I just need to request more he responded "Well if you want more vegan cheese, we'd have to put on 4x as much and charge you 4x as much."

That was where the conversation ended. So I said "okay thank you" and hung up.

We ordered pizza on a night that they close at 8pm. Our order was to be late due to them being busy with a delivery time of 7:40-7:50pm. We then got a text saying that it would be between 8:05 to 8:15pm due because they were busier than expected. Then our order showed up at 7:35pm. Bread sticks and cheese curds were pipping hot and delicious. But our pizza was cold like it had been sitting out for an hour. We order from there frequently, but almost always pick up our order. I called and told them and I was told that it couldn't be that our order came straight from the oven. Being that the pizza was way larger than the bread sticks and curds I would have though it would be definitely warmer if it had came straight from the oven. I emailed the company 5 days ago bummed with the service and I never got a response. This WAS our only place we ordered pizza from in Poulsbo. Time to find a new place that values...
