This is the 3 times I go to this Macdonal this week and they are always with an angry face, they are very unprofessional, and has horrible service, today January 11 I went for a breakfast with pancakes and clearly said no sausage and no bacon add cheese and extra eggs, and I notice the have bacon and sausage when I was halfway to my work when I notice I drive back and when I arrived at the second window I took my breakfast out she put her face outside the window and told me what happened with a rough tone, I explained to her kindly and she turned around and took my food to fix it then I was going to leave but I check my food again and surprise they didn't put the cheese the they charged me , I quickly told her and she didn't care she turned around and left, I called her again and I'm almost sure that she her me but she ignore me I told her that the cheese was missing. SHe looked at me and turned her eyes on me and not saying anything left, I waited for my cheese and I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want my day to be ruined by such unpleasant people. I proceeded to leave, please be professional and give a better customer service if you don't like your job, then don't work, Because of you, I was late for work, You could do a better job or at least apologize for being so rude.

Read moreWe go to this McDonald’s at least once a week. We usually do not have any issues. Went thru the drive thru at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 9/9/25. Sat in a long line which seemed like forever with a hangry toddler who was losing his mind. Highly unusual for this location. Went to the first window where we always pay, Hispanic woman was in there but on the phone. No eye contact, no communication whatsoever, didn’t even open the window. Sat there for several minutes. I finally got her attention & signaled if I needed to drive up to the next window. She shook her head yes. Um ok that would have been nice to know 5 minutes earlier. Get to the second window to pay, asked the Hispanic male working what was going on. He said there was no one there? Huh? Told him how I sat at the last window for several minutes and it just would have been nice to know that I needed to come to this window because someone WAS at the first window. He just replied, “yea she’s trying to fix something “. No apology, had an attitude with me & was not even really listening to me, just continued making drinks or whatever he was doing. A simple apology would of went a long way instead of having an attitude with us. Read moreI usually wouldn't bother writing a review for a McDonald's. But the service I received at this location was subpar.
I ordered via their mobile app and was informed,that my order didn't show up on their computer. No big deal, let me try it again. And again,it didn't go through. The manager asked, what I had ordered and after I told him, he argued with me, that those deals don't exist. I picked the 2 Big Macs for $5. So the manager is not too familiar with the mobile app I assume, which in my area of work would be unheard of for a manager to not be familiar with the companies own products. He just left the window and let one of his poor employees deal with the situation.
The younger kid was very nice, albeit overwhelmed by the situation,and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. The manager did not offer any help and left the kid deal with it all by himself. Kudos to the kid. He had more leader qualities than the manager himself.
