Unexpectedly, and pleasantly surprised. Starts by looking like a fast Asian cuisine/ cafe. Indeed, although friendly, the service is quick and light on continuity; they work like a Team, which is efficient. I had the Shacho Ramen in the Miso broth (order a cup of hot water in case this delicious broth needs to be lightened a little). Generous large bowl with bean sprouts, fresh onions, ground pork, green onion, deep fried onion, bamboo (a little over cooked), chashu (slices of pork), and a thin slice of fish-cake. I started by using chopsticks to mix the bowl and to grab the authentic nicely done Asian noodles; I used the spoon to taste the broth (they brag that “Our ramen contains real pork bone broth ... brewed for 12+ hours for maximum flavor.” Indeed the broth is noticeably tasty - much better than “Fast Food!” Anyway back to the spoon - once you’ve eaten your way into the ramen, this dish just kept on yielding solids (ground meat, onions, noodles, etc., etc. all the way to the bottom of the bowl. In summary- no nonsense, tasty and satisfying. Ahhh! ;-)

More than delicious! The Chasu Ramen is a dining experience that you must savor slowly. First take a sip of that wonderful broth; it surrounds your tongue with flavor; but it’s not just taste. It’s what Japanese call “Unami.” It’s really hard to explain how flavors, textures, aromas and tastes can contrast as your perceptions shift with each bite .. and each breath because THAT’s another dimension of this experience. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll see; you won’t want to gobble or rush this bowlful. There are noodles under all those treats on top; so, be sure to take advantage of the variety in that bowl. This was an unexpectedly wonderful dining experience in a very unassuming environment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Enjoy. (Please click 👍🏼. Thank you. )

I have come here 5 or 6 different times now and really really like the spot! I am happy Poway finally got a pretty good ramen spot! I have had everything from the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, poke bowls and 4 different bowls of the ramen. The ramen and poke are both my favorites here I felt like the orange chicken and kong pao chicken was just alright. The poke bowls are loaded and very good though!! I get the 3 fish bowl and it's good size. My favorite ramen is the garlic bomb I love it!! I get it spicy with extra noodles and 1 hardboiled egg.. Delicious!! The manager Kevin is very nice and attentive and keeps the place clean. Looking forward to eating here many more times!

We were traveling in the area and felt incredibly lucky to have found this restaurant through an AI recommendation—it truly lived up to the hype and became one of the highlights of our trip!

We came with two families, each with very different tastes: my parents prefer traditional Chinese food, I love Japanese cuisine—especially ramen—and the kids are currently obsessed with healthy, fresh poke bowls. We were worried it might be hard to find a place that could cater to everyone, but this restaurant exceeded all our expectations.

The restaurant is spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff was welcoming and attentive, well-versed in the menu, and even offered helpful suggestions for dishes that worked well for sharing among a group.

My parents ordered [fried rice] and [honey walnut shrimp] from the Chinese menu. The fried rice was perfectly cooked—each grain separate and full of flavor, with that signature wok aroma. The walnut shrimp was a standout: juicy, tender shrimp coated in a light, crispy batter and paired with sweet, crunchy candied walnuts—absolutely delicious.

I went for the [tonkotsu ramen], and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and creamy, the noodles had a great chewy texture, and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Meanwhile, the kids got their favorite poke bowls, choosing from a variety of fresh toppings like salmon, avocado, greens, and quinoa. They loved being able to customize their bowls and enjoyed every bite.

Even during peak hours, the food came out quickly, and the staff managed the crowd smoothly without compromising on service or cleanliness. The whole dining experience was calm, organized, and very enjoyable.

All in all, this was a fantastic meal. It’s rare to find a restaurant that can satisfy such a wide range of tastes across generations, and they did it with great food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re...

🍣【1. Fresh & Flavorful Poke Bowl】

Just found a poke place that totally blew me away! Every bite is a burst of fresh ocean flavor 🤤

Generous chunks of salmon and tuna, super fresh and tender. The sauce is rich but doesn’t overpower the natural taste. Paired with creamy avocado and crunchy veggies — every bite says: ✨ “I’m healthy AND delicious!” 🥑🐟

I chose a base of sushi rice + quinoa for extra texture, and it was so satisfying yet light — perfect for anyone watching their diet!

📌Pro tip: Add extra seaweed and mango for that flavor pop!

🍜【2. One of the Best Japanese Ramen Bowls】

This bowl of ramen is hands down my recent soul food. 🍜

🔥 The broth is rich and deep, the kind that’s been simmered for hours — first sip, instant love. 🍥 The chashu (braised pork) is so tender and flavorful, perfectly balanced between fat and lean. 🍜 The noodles are bouncy and chewy, soaking up just the right amount of broth.

Topped with a gooey soft-boiled egg… pure happiness in a bowl.

Honestly, I was tempted to order a second one to-go. Couldn’t bear to leave a...

🍜✨ Hidden Gem in Poway – 369 Ramen is Surprisingly Good!

I originally thought 369 Ramen was just a ramen shop, but it’s actually a fun mix of American-style Chinese food, ramen, and poke — perfect for anyone who wants a bit of everything on the menu!

🍊 The orange chicken was my favorite — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce was sweet with a slight tang. Kind of like Panda Express, but honestly better. Perfect over white rice!

🍜 The ramen combo was a pleasant surprise. The broth was light but flavorful, more Japanese-style than expected. The noodles were cooked just right, and the side items were a nice touch.

🥣 The egg drop soup really hit home — simple, warm, and tasted like something made at home. Comforting and nostalgic.

🥗 The poke was also fresh and satisfying — a nice, lighter option if you’re not in the mood for something hot.

📍 The place is clean and bright, staff were super friendly, and food came out quickly. Great spot for a casual meal, family dinner, or quick lunch that won’t disappoint.

💰 Prices are very reasonable, around $10–15 per entree, and portions are generous. Left feeling...
