We want our old salsa back!! 😂 1 medium salsa instead of 1 mild & 1 hot isn’t appealing to us at all. It even tastes a little off the last 2 times we have came. The quality of the food has gone down to us in the past year as well. I usually order the same thing each time we go. I love the chicken, cheese and rice but I can’t stand the chicken parts used. Might bite down into something hard. Might not. 🤮 please use only white meat chicken breast then it can be $13/$14 dish. Even the fajitas have been disappointing to my partner too. Just not what it used to be at all. I’ve been loyal to only Los Amigos since a child in Easley. Live near the powdersville location so that’s where we go usually. The prices on the whole menu has exponentially increased. Check those awesome new menus which are much better by the way 🤩 We don’t mind an increase BUT the quality of the meat, salsa, cheese MUST be up to par with this price increase and not blame it on covid and cost of everything going up due to this or that. People will pay even more if it’s better quality product. No one wants to pay almost $20 for Texas Fajitas and it’s mostly steak with fat chunks 🤮 very limited veggies, few chunks of that mystery chicken, 2-3 shrimp… sometimes you get the Verde on top and sometimes ya don’t!! 😂 I can’t complain or speak to anyone cause my boyfriend will loose his mind. Hahaaaa. This is a true honest review from a loyal Los Amigos cheese n salsa loving 90’s child of Easley. Please consider this review and the next time if it’s changed I will completely give 10 stars!! See, since you read this far. I am an extremely picky palate and hate onions. I will not ever go back to Los Amigos in Powdersville ever ever again. I called to place an order and the same guy that always takes my order was the one that answered the phone. Come to find out he is their day shift manager.. I was ordering my usual but accidentally said chicken make a long story short I said let me just change that to chicken nachos because I was kind of throwing off with a questions that he was asking. When I went in I looked at the menu and showed it to him I said this is what I was talking about needless to say this man was absolutely so rude and so hateful. At this point I started shaking I was so mad I go to my car I checked my order and realized that he did not put everything in there so I'm heading back towards the door where he is already waiting on me to come back in he flings the door open and ask is me what's wrong. Tell him he forgot something and he said what did I forget and I said it's one of the nachos and he said so you're telling me I got something wrong but you can't even tell me what it is. As I approach him I asked him what is your freaking problem why are you being so freaking rude today.make a long story shortt. I am shaking mad. He then stands over me and says I'll apologize because I was being defensive for myself but I'll make it up to you and your family and all those children that come in with you next time. The decor is great! But the license has a "C" rating, the food is bad, and the management doesn't care. I hope someone interested in serving good food in a clean place will buy it when it closes. Seriously, the food is just really bad. The waitstaff were nice enough, but they don't control the kitchen. Our waiter nodded knowingly when we complained, and the manager he summoned didn't care and just offered us more bad food. We accepted, and it was just more bad food. The "salsa" is canned tomato sauce. The food is overcooked or under cooked, but always tough and tasteless. We had the fajitas, pollo fundito, and chili relleno. They were all just bad. The side of beans are thin, and the rice is dry. Nothing was good, twice. Noticed on the way out that the kitchen has a "C" health dept rating. This place should just close. I look forward to new management and will try it again if that happens.

There must be more than one location, because people in these reviews who are raving about the food can't possibly be talking about the one in Powdersville in the Bi-Lo Shopping Center. Most are signed up as Google "Local Guides" which means they are playing some kind of Google game for points. I doubt the Google "Local Guides" have even eaten there.
