Casey, you sir have issues! Leave this post up if you dare. You have yet to understand our concern. It has nothing to do with the price difference of 3.99 or 7.99. It is your inability to be consistent. I ordered wings, chips and a side salad for 3.99. My wife wasn’t that hungry so she ate the salad. My order included the salad at 3.99 which your employees have allowed us to have since the location opened. Why you have berated us and our friends and family is beyond our imagination. You sir, have lost us as customers, and many of our friends in the community based on your greed of 4.00. Your escalation in our discussion was beyond anything I have ever seen. I have been in the retail world for over 30 years, this was an outrageous act of ignorance. Ask your wife, we considered her a friend, she even provided us a gift for being loyal customers. She realized the amount of business that we provided your business. 300.00 plus per month, or more. Had you handled this situation in a business manner by stating the policy changed and we no longer can offer the salad at 3.99 we would have been fine. However, you chose to pick a fight. You have decided to go after our child, actually having someone make negative comments to her employer, stating slanderous allegations about her work. And no not just the last 4 numbers. And the expiration date. I can’t tell you how many violations that breached. The fact that you would track down a 25 year old girls place of employment and fabricate a review shows exactly the caliber of people you are. I suggest you cease immediately. You’ve bullied the wrong people.
And get your facts straight. 1. We did not order extra crispy wings last night so no we weren’t charged. 2. Wild wings does not charge for extra crispy. Call them. Don’t know about Buffalo Wild Wings because they are worse than yours. 3. I get extra sauces at wild wings all the time with no charge. I’ve never asked for extra sauces at your restaurant because they aren’t that good. Wouldn’t know if you charge.
In summary because of $4, my credit card was compromised, my daughter stalked online and her job threatened, and you lost a really good customer. And you’re sure to lose more customers because I will continue to tell my friends and family about my experience.

I hate to punish the workers for the owners/managers ignorance, but I know no other way to let the general public know what's up here than by lowering rating on this establishment for their complete failure on a customer service level. My original rating was 3 stars, and no, I didn't think the food nor the service was so bad that it warranted me needing to call and talk to the manager/owner about it. As I said in my original review, I was going to give them another try...UNTIL a one star Google review left under the name Heather Bishop popped up on my work place. When my district manager demanded an explanation of why this person left a 1 star review, I had to search my entire customer base, their contacts, old cancellations ... nowhere did this name appear... but when I backtracked it through the review on Google itself, it brings up several answers to Q&A's for this place, and after reading the responses to other poor reviews of this location I feel pretty confident in amending my original rating to match that one left at my work.
