I placed an online order at this location at 7:47pm and it was supposed to be ready at 7:57pm. That was no problem as I was there at 8:05pm.
I placed it for drive thru but when I arrived the line was long. So I decided to go inside like anyone would.
I told the cashier and she went to check with the manager. I gave my name to her and she said it’s our policy to give it to you at the drive thru. I said well I’m inside to pick it up now because the line outside is long. I didn’t think that would be an issue.
They said it’s our policy to pick it up in the drive thru if you said drive thru. I said if it’s your policy it should be written somewhere that when you order somewhere specific you are required to pick it up per selection.
Then after they finally went to go check my order to see if it was ready they came back to say someone picked up my order already.
I’m like picked up my order? How?
They are like someone picked it up already.
I said well was they guy me? That definitely should not of happened and I haven’t been here yet.
They said they have no way of knowing. Really? I bet your cameras all over the place say different.
After debating what to do they finally decided to give me my meal I paid for.
The manager working drive thru as well came up with a bad attitude asked me what did I get? Even though the screen behind her with my name on it told them everything.
On top of that she started to ring up everything as a medium even though I showed her the receipt for a large. She hardly wanted to read it even when I showed her that.
Overall she had a horrible attitude and should not have a management position. She needs better training and customer service.
I own my own business and this would not be tolerated or acceptable towards my customers. I would actually put them on a week leave unpaid or termination.
There must be a reason this location has 4 stars and loosing more daily.
After about 10min of them humiliation and accusing me of stealing a $10 meal is beyond me.
Right before I left, the two of the cashiers brought me my food and told me we are sorry and this happens all the time. I’m like this happens all the time?
They said unfortunately it does. Then approach it better to those affected and don’t loose your customers. The goal is to gain life long customers. I would rather know that it’s an issue and wouldn’t mind wait 5min for another meal.
I also would have appreciated the manager to come back out and told me we apologize for the inconvenience and not sure how that happened. Have a great night
I have never had this happen to me and I will be contacting corporate. This is definitely a first for me and I hope the last.
I am not a bad guy and have a great reputation for the Powdersville community. Ask anyone
