I would absolutely never go back to this location if I was in the area again. We ordered 2 Baconators (1 meal and 1 sandwich by itself) We received a single (which is NOT what we asked for) with 1 piece...actually half of a slice of bacon. I went to the guy who was working the front and asked if this was a Baconator...he said "I don't know". I told him that's what we ordered and which point he blew me off..a worker in the back came and put 2 more half slices on it. The attitudes they gave off were absolutely unacceptable. My wife went online to Wendy's website to show them that a Baconator comes with 6 slices of bacon... during this time a female worker who was sitting off to the side at a table started laughing at my wife for letting them know how it should have been. The manager came to our table and apologized but honestly, by this point, I just wanted to eat my stale fries and poor excuse for a burger and leave. I know this will fall on deaf ears but if you want higher wages, have higher standards...and don't hire adults who act like children. This location has some incredibly snarky a55 employees. Read moreI literally just ordered In the drive through. Number 6 with cheese. Lady taking order was nice but when I got to second window. Some guy was irritated getting me my drink and another employee handed me my bag kind of irritated too. Work stuff happens and I get that but was kind of unprofessional but whatever I got my food and went to the house thinking it is what it is. I sit down and open the wrapper to find the cheese I asked for and paid for was not on the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was not even the spicy one. I'm not one to trash a place or people because we are all humans and every company does there best for their customers but this is not ok since it's my first meal of the day and I was really looking forward to it when I got home. (It's 330 ish pm)
Check your problems at the door and if you don't like your co workers find a new job and not take it our on the customer. I just wanted my food I paid for and it to be right. Maybe next time they will get it right if not I'll find another place to eat. I understand people are human and mistakes happen but to be rude with customers and completely mess up a simple order is a little too much not to...

But yesterday I was just trying to make a fast stop for dinner after a long busy day and got to the window and realized I did not have my debit card on me. I had forgotten earlier in the day to keep from bringing more into the stores my husband had both of my cards. Pure embarrassing... I noticed I was holding up the line and asked if I could just park and call my husband and get the card information. They were MORE than understanding. I of course, still embarrassed was greatful. Everyone I talked to in the drive through was beyond helpful and understanding. They will always have our family as customers. Sometimes life gets busy. I took great relief in one of the employees possibly a manager said "Have a blessed day". Yes! Thank you! I needed that! In all today's chaos sometimes we need to be stopped and realize it is ok.
