The Pizza House name doesn't describe how nice and clean everything is here. I like the fact that the food quality is high. After I eat here I feel good and nourished not like I'm going to die after eating Domino's. Better than good pizza, calzones, subs, and pastas(I only name the ones I've tried so far)! Italian food that is out of this world. At first all I ever ate was the super sub because it's what the owner John suggested when I asked him. He is usually standing at the register smiling because he's running one awesome restaurant over there in Powdersville. Forget about Domino's, Pizza Hut, and other junk fast food, get the real deal and try anything it's sure to be good. My go-to here for Lunch is the Super Sub with extra bacon, no mayo, and a side of Greek dressing to dip it in (the best lunch ever). I skip mayo it makes me feel sluggish instead I use the homemade Greek dressing in order to keep my energy level up for the rest of my work day(they have goood sweet tea it helps too). My go-to here for Dinner is anything pasta or pizza(I eat what's on the menu at night and I enjoy it). Pizza house is a family oriented place with a nice atmosphere that allows parents, couples, and singles to relax in comfortable seats and enjoy their favorite Italian foods. I never write big big reviews with 5 stars like this one and if a place is not up to par I will not write a review at all usually. I'm local from Greenville and I drive to Powdersville to eat here a few times a month at least. If you didn't know now you know. They're going to need to start taking reservations once people from Greater Greenville find out...

FAVORITE Friday night Pizza 🍕 and Greek chicken salad 🥗 dinner place

FOOD The mushroom pizza is ALWAYS hot cheesy and the crust is crisp perfection with the perfect ratio of toppings to crust and the sauce is well balanced 😋 The chicken salad is huge and the Greek dressing is so flavorful and the sweet tea is juuuust right the starter garlic like bread was a wicked treat that was WORTH IT - as it paired perfectly with the salad and the marinara was chunky and fresh, a beautiful accompanyment I start craving it the moment I leave!!

SERVICE EVERYONE here is so very lovely - Sierra was my server this past week but honestly every single angel is exactly that AN ANGEL of goodness and kindness

LOCATION so close to I-85 and I come all the way from Pelham Road - easy to get to from Anderson or Easley or even downtown Greenville

VALUE Excellent and the portions are generous and the prices are fair

ATMOSPHERE House should be home because you feel at home here. I have seen friends from my childhood and neighbors. So it's a warm atmosphere and the booths are high so you feel like you're having a private experience at the same time

Be for warned come once and YOU will find yourself craving Italian food at THE HOUSE!!! You'll thank me later

Update Sept 3 rd 2025 STILL THE BEST ! Imagine my surprise to pull up to the drive thru and Stavros ( not sure if I spelled that right) is working at the window. I remember a couple of little kids that came and drew us pictures from time to time. I actually found one when I was looking through my old stuff the other day. Then john just happened to show up to throw some stuff in the dumpster, and we got the chat, which is always something that makes me smile. John's energy from the day I ever first met him was just incredible, and he gives that off when he talks to people ! Even when I'm telling him something silly lol STILL the BEST I ever had ! If anyone's ever looking for a job and they are hiring, you're welcome 😀 Update July 12 th 2023 STILL THE BEST !
