Taco Bell — Restaurant in Powdersville

Visited the drive thru about 30 minutes before closing while passing thru town on the way home. Had to wait at the speaker to order bc the order taker said they were “dealing with a problem at the moment.” About 2 min. later my order was taken with no incident. At the window I paid and recvd my change and food. The employee attempted to hand out drinks and they were almost clear with no ice. (Ordered Dr. Pepper- with ice.) I told him they couldn’t be my drinks and the employee said the ice machine wasn’t working. I said okay that’s fine but Dr. Pepper has color to it no matter if it’s in ice or not.. (you can’t see thru a 2 Liter of Dr. Pepper..) I asked for a refund for the 2 drinks that I ordered and stated that for $40 for 12 tacos and 2 drinks I should at least get fully flavored soda. He said he couldn’t do it and had to get a manager. The manager come to the window, at his own pace. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered and didn’t even say 1 word to me, only issuing us a glare one time. He asked the employee what the problem with the soda (that was out of syrup and ice..) as if he couldn’t already see with his own eyes what the problem was. They closed the window and took another 3 minutes to give me the $6 for the 2 drinks. Then proceeded to hand me another bag of food. I attempted to hand the food back but the window was closed in my face and wouldn’t give me attention so I could tell them the food wasn’t mine and that they already gave me my food. They wouldn’t turn around so we drive off. As we went done the road I opened the box that contained our order and it had 3 balled up receipts from old Dine-in orders laying on top with the sauce & napkins. If the food would’ve been at least hot I could’ve overlooked most of the other stuff. But that was the last straw. I mean $36 for 2 people to eat is absolutely outrageous! But they were the only thing open at that time and we were starving after working late and had a long day ourselves, I’m understanding enough to not complain over a bad day.. but this was a little...

My god, does this still hold true, june twenty seventh twenty twenty five I just went to this location and the person cooking had a bad attitude. She screwed up my order. Because I asked for my stuff, grilled extra grilled, not steamed, and she sends me some sloppy mush, and gets upset when I ask for it to be remade. I hate to break a tour but it was more inconvenient for me after having to go all the way through the drive through and wait to have to come back in the store and wait for her to remake that. So I definitely didn't need her bad attitude in her telling me those come steamed well, if you knew your job, you would know that you could change how they're cooked. Every single time I go to this location there's at least one employee with a bad attitude. And the ladies room was absolutely disgusting!

Tonight's supposed they were training new people but every time you go there is some issue. Tonight I was literally missing half of my order and my two Cinnabons. Thank God the girl with the window told me to check my order they should do that themselves. Her reason was that she didn't have gloves on. So throw on some gloves and check the order that's your job right not mine. Then they overflowed my drink and tried to hand me the cup I had to ask them to clean it up so they didn't hand me...

We went through the drive through and there was a question about our total. My 7yr old wanted just a PLAIN cheese quesadia and my 13yr old wanted the #7 combo. Because we got a single drink with the plain quesadia, we were charged a combo price just like the #7 combo. The total was roughly $20!!!! My husband wanted to ask about all that. The supposed manager comes to the window and asked rudely, "You got a problem?!" As my husband is explaining and asking about everything, the manager rudely says, "I don't make the prices, so I can't change them!" And walks away 😡😡😡😡😡😡 We paid the $20 and drove away. I understand that prices everywhere have increased, however, just a plain cheese quesadia and a simple sweet tea, shouldn't cost the same as a combo price 😡😡😡 A single, plain, cheese quesadia should be an item on the menu.
