Real Pizza — Restaurant in Powdersville

This is my first ever bad review that I've taken the time to write because of how poor my situation was handled. I ordered online, and the website directed me to the wren location instead of the powdersville one, which I didn't know until I got there. It's totally my fault for not double checking, of course. I pull up to the powdersville location, and they naturally can't find my order before I pull up my ticket and realize the order was placed for the wren one. I apologize and ask if there was any way I can still pick it up at this location, get a refund, or something because I didn't have much time to drive 20 minutes there and back. I'd be willing to wait a bit in the lot, of course, if it were possible to transfer the ticket and have them make it here. They told me no and to have me call the wren location or go there myself and sort it out. I was disappointed, of course, that they gave me no other option, even an option to cancel the order, and that I'd have to drive an extra 20 minutes to the other location. I work in customer service, so I understand how frustrating a customer who made a mistake can be. But there are multiple ways to go about the situation and turning me away without any suggestion in the way it was, was not great. But I agreed and wished them a nice day.

I get to the wren location, and I wait in the rain for another 15 minutes at the window to recieve a burnt pizza and burnt wings that are now both cold from the long drive of me getting there. I've never had this bad of an experience with a restaurant before where they gave me no way to solve a problem, turned me away, and then served food that was definitely not great. We always order baked spaghetti for two extra sauce, cheese, and bread without meat and a chocolate chip pizza. Love this place. This trip, I also bought myself a sweet tea (16 oz). The only issue I can see is that the website has always stated a baked pasta dinner includes their popular twisty garlic bread sticks (which i ordered as a side once sp i would know if this is what i always receive). The bread is fine they provide with meal, and i like any bread lets ne real here, but i wish the description online was accurate of what comes with the meal. Also, no matter what we order, i have had to wait every time i have ordered from here ever, although online orders provide an email after restaurant confirms your order which provides you with a specific pick up time to get your food. Parking lot is cramped at best. We waited approximately ten minutes past our pick up time, and we were asked after sitting at the window for five minutes because pir order was being boxed up they said, she had us pull up to park instead. There we waited again for five more minutes, and when my order was delivered to the car no apology for our wait, and i had to remind them id ordered a sweet tea, and then wait five more minutes to receive that item. My family and I had the best time enjoying our dinner from real pizza. An unexpected situation meant that we would have to eat our pizza in the truck before we could get home. My sons have had pizza from many different places but this was the first time they had real Pizza. My 7-year-old and 4-year-old both told me it was the best pizza they had ever had. I have never seen two happier boys! For me personally real Pizza is my favorite. The pepperoni and mushrooms were fresh and delicious and the cheese was perfect.Down to the crust bite for bite we truly savoured this meal. The chocolate chip pizza was Momma's favorite and the boys loved it too. Not only is their pizza best but their wings are also the best. And at last I'd like to mention the service was great. We were greeted with friendly staff and the owner. We were treated like family and given a great family experience. We may not have been able to sit at the table and enjoy it but my family enjoyed it just the same. We were together sharing great food. Thank you real Pizza for a great night and a great dinner.
