Waffle House — Restaurant in Powell

I was just at that waffle House on Emory road my food was terrible I can't believe they gave it to me I ordered three chilies they were half full do you all not feel your chili to the top there was no line I don't know most places do have lines they filled to with the chili had a cheeseburger didn't get no lettuce tomato pickle mayonnaise nothing like that it was just plain cheese I asked for everything my order was $54 three cheeseburgers hash browns and three chilies I'd like my chilies to be at full size from now on when I pay that much money plus I left a $10 tip that's besides the tip they already charge me not a good experience when I first walked in this like who wants to take this to-go order don't everybody jump at once I got this one little girl finally took order all I could hear is oh I'm ready to go home but my kids only got three Christmas presents well...

I like going to Waffle House but this is the second time my eggs were liquid. I noticed them at the end. I had to call back the waitress back several times because the order was not accurate. The grits I ordered was soupy/liquid. She had to go see the cook and got a new order of grits for me which were ok. Then my husband found onions in his hash browns but figured the onions we're in the chili. I had to ask the waitress to detail the check because she added all the prices in one lump sum. I like to know what I am paying for. I asked if the orange juice had pulp because I like pulp and she said yes so I told her to me a glass. There was no pulp in it. Bummer! I'm not going there anymore! This is ridiculous! It's as bad as in Quebec where you pay alot at a restaurant but get less quantity or...

Just got off work so was very tired so went in to get something to go. As I sat down to wait I got to talking to a female worker who had been there almost 14 hours, was very friendly and upbeat for someone who had been working so long. Noticed she knew people as they came in that were regulars. Ended up eating my food there as that atmosphere was that nice and friendly that it made me want to stay rather then go home and eat quietly by myself at that hour. Only had one other worker there besides her who was also very nice and seemed to be a new recruit. Made my food though and it was delicious! Always here mixed reviews of Waffle House and its food but every time I have eaten it, it was worth the price and never failed to make me want it again. I guess the Powell Waffle House must be the one...
