Waffle House — Restaurant in Prairie Township

Hey Fellow Googlers!

Let's be honest. This is Waffle House and I went there at 3am.

I left the hospital at 3am hungry and mad after being in the ED for 9 hours!! Luckily, the WH was open! To my absolute surprise, it was CLEAN; even the bathrooms! I almost walked out to make sure I was actually in a WH or wasn't teleported into another dimension. The management and the servers were very friendly and exuded pride working there. I truly expected a 70yo Fran with that smoker's voice to come over, chewing gum, tapping her pencil on her notepad, and hating having a customer arriving. "WHADDAYA have sweetie", in that deep gravely voice. I was super surprised that everyone was upbeat and having fun. The line cook was cracking jokes with us and everyone was happy and that truly fed my happiness.

The hospital adventure melted away and I had a waffle, full bacon order, eggs, and hashbrown. The staff kept the orange juice and diet soda coming and we never once wanted for anything.

Waffle House, I can say I was truly surprised, happy, and all the other positive adjectives. Thanks for the good meal...

If I could give a 0 star rating , this place deserves it. WOW. They staff didn't care that there were customers in the store at all. Cussing, talking about oral sex, the cook was really full of himself. He kept talking about how one of the waitresses have him an erection and how great she looked in her booty shorts. Both waitresses just laughed and kept the conversation going. I'm trying to avoid their actual wording so it doesn't get flagged. How you going to run a floor like that?

I sat long enough to eat half my meal and paid. Told them they didn't know how to act. No apologies, changed nothing. In fact they just asked if I wanted a to go box. Don't want food handled by such nasty people. Just disgusting.

Worst customer service ever my best friend brought me to this Waffle House to show me a good time because I'm from Cincinnati Ohio and the experience was everything but delightful the crew looked agitated and upset that they had the work some of them was very rude an unpleasant we still placed our order it took them forever to clean a place for us to sit down and enjoy our food once we did so our food took forever I was with a party of one which is my best friend her food came out before mine and my food still ended up being cold when it was given to me she finished before I did and we didn't get our waffles until after we finished our food and was ready to leave I would never ever recommend this Waffle House to anyone I hope corporate gets it together because I would hate for them to lose a...
